I will take my 4 children out of here because of the rudeness and lack of patience of the disrespectful girls who work there, they do not give messages to the doctors, the little doctor with the glasses once told me to take my son on an empty stomach at 11am for a blood test for cholesterol and when the results arrived, the very professional had ordered him to do the wrong test, I think it was thyroid or diabetes, I got quite angry and I stayed silent because I am an educated person, and I took my son on an empty stomach again to prick him again because of that one. Yesterday I took 2 of my children, they were seen by Dr. Bryan but guess what, I got the doctor with the glasses together with Bryan after waiting 3 hours and the very efficient one sent 1 of the 3 medicines that were prescribed to 2 of my children, always This woman is wrong about something, when I call they put me on a long wait line and in the end it could not be resolved, the next day I call and call, and that bothers several of the new groceras, because apparently they don't have children, finally I I got tired of being nice and demanded my right, it was worse they kept saying that they already sent the medicine, not that then it has to be the doctor and that I had to wait for him to see all of today's patients, and I don't know if it's It's true that Doctor Bryan said this but I find this action very insensitive, I didn't make a fuss about them because there were children because they deserved it and the little doctor after 24 more hours made the same mistake again, I had to go to 3 pharmacies and my son with diarrhea and I repeated it a thousand times and they didn't care. Honestly, because of 2 of those irresponsible assistants and the little doctor, this place is no longer up to the task of taking your children, attention is 50% of an institution like this! And it hurts me to have to take my children out of the hands of the only pediatrician they have ever had, but I am also not going to allow them to play with my children's health and my emotional stability.

I am more than happy! With these pediatricians they are 24/7 whenever I have a health problem with my children they are always there, even on holidays.

The person who is a woman who gives the appointments has the worst education she has, she is very rude but cordial, she has no patience to speak or to communicate with you as a patient when you call you will realize that Eli spoke to you

Staff was ok but dr Gonzalo sabogal was very Rude! If you’re thinking to wait to vaccinate your child or not vaccinated them at all they’ll kicked you out
Remember it’s your child not theirs they only care about the money wow

Dr. Sabogal is very professional, caring and knowledgeable. Went to another pediatrician to check which one I preferred and I picked him hands down.

Personally, I love how Dr. Gonzalo and Brayan treat children, they know how to take a patient and they take their work very seriously. I have been here for 7 years and I am extremely satisfied.
