These reviews have to be fake. Woman at the front desk doesn't speak a work of English and can be nasty. As for the Doctor himself, He's very nice But seems to be a space cadet and never has any real answers to Questions other than
" It's ok or that's fine"
He just doesn't inspire confidence.
