Very disappointed with this practice. My husband was referred by his Urologist. We have experienced billing problems being billed for appointments and consults by Dr Rashid when only the NP was there. My husband has epilepsy he was experiencing dizziness, the Dr had him walk across the room and back and told him he had Parkinson's disease with no other testing or consults. He proceeded to prescribe medication for this along with his epilepsy medicine. My husband never filled the Rx. He does not have Parkinson's! At another appointment after being asked a question he actually had to look up the answer on google! The office does not have a good vibe at all.we do not recommend we will be seeking another neurologist.

I went to this neurologist, for two years with no diagnosis I am a wheelchair user and cannot use my wheelchair in many of their offices due to them being too small I was told I had to walk into their offices, even though it puts me in excruciating pain, and was not even allowed to use a walker. I put up with them for many years due to the fact that there is not many other neurologist, excepting new patients in our area, but this unacceptable. I usually have a support worker that accompanies me to appointments They have also been mistreated by the staff.

I was not happy with the NP, she dismissed my reports and challenged me on not being a candidate for hormone replacement despite confirming with my oncologist. The staff is hit or miss - I had someone call me to confirm an appointment says her name is Alisha - not even sure she provided her real name - she was rude, would not listen, constantly cut me off, and would say "oh my god" - my experience with waiting times has been unpleasant - however the Doc did come out an apologize stating he was running behind. As for Dr. Rashid himself, I think he takes his time to understand what is going on - he is knowledgeable - he has stirred me on the right path related to a recent stroke - if he could get the client centered care down packed by his employees it would make a much better atmosphere and improve ratings - cuz at the end of the day - ratings matter - why do you think I'm on here looking at them

The Dr visit is always quick. He accurately diagnosed his epilepsy. I only ever have a problem with getting prescriptions filled quickly. (They require a 72 hour turn around)

Had a doctor's appointment today. July 19 2023, the receptionist was very rude. Especially the woman I don't know what happened to the ones that were there. But please bring them back. A couple of weeks ago, I called and asked a question, and she was like just ask your question like very rude. Not very happy with the ways that they treated you everybody in the back. Of the office is very friendly and very nice and I do like them.

He did not listen to my concerns or tell me his findings on my tests I found it out myself going through all his paper work in the portal.
