I have been a patient of Dr. Muller’s for two decades now and I wouldn’t trust my eyes with anyone else. Dr. Muller is very knowledgeable, professional and a very caring dedicated doctor. I truly look up to Dr. Muller, she is the best. The office is a lovely environment and her staff is amazing, friendly and attentive.

Dr. Muller has helped me over the years with severed dry eye issues, as well as obtaining a better healthy vision. The level of attention that I consistently receive at Dr. Muller’s office has always been exceptional. I am extremely happy with how much better my eyes have improved over the years under Dr. Muller’s care.

I highly recommend Dr. Muller, as one will always be in great hands with Dr. Muller’s expertise.

I came to this office expecting more however what I got was an allergy test I didn't want that cost me $240 and an expensive $400 miebography which most clinicians offer for free with MGD IPL/lipi treatments. I was in the office for 3 hours and saw Dr Muller for 20 min, half of which was in the lobby with other patients sitting 4 ft away. The bulk of treatments offered was done by a medical assistant who didn't know how each treatment exactly works. Most of the time limited time spend with Dr Muller was spent talking on why she thinks I needed an allergy test when I had literally had no clinical indication for it. I did it to humour them to show that I wasn't allergic to anything of clinical value which I was right about. It seems to me that she cares more about putting patients on a specific cookie cutter protocol that insurances don't cover to milk the most money to then finally get to the treatments. I get it, I work in medicine but this is was next level and definitely not worth anyone's time. I'm actually surprised of the reviews shown here which is why I made the appointment. Patients if you're reading this, beware and Dr Muller if you are reading this, which I hope you do, I want to let you know you're a great business woman but I can't say the same about you being a great doctor.

Dr. Muller is simply not only the best Dry Eye Doctor, but the best doctor I have ever been to! After suffering terribly with extreme dry eyes after having Covid a year and a half ago, I went to six different ophthalmologist in New Jersey many of who claim to specialize in Dry Eye. I spent thousands of dollars on various treatments, like IPL, MiBio, and Tempsure with little to no improvement. I got to the point with other doctors that they said they just can’t help me more than xxidra Cequa (was going to be hundreds of dollars a month), and steroid drops. My first visit with Doctor when she said she could help me. I literally cried. She not only has the expertise and all the tools that got me so better already after 3 visits, she also has a wonderful bedside manner and personality. Every time we leave an appointment my husband and I say that we have never dealt with not only a doctor but an entire doctors office that is so professional, knowledgeable, and just wonderful to visit! And just for fun I’m going to mention I always enjoy seeing the gorgeous fresh flowers they have in the waiting room. It took me three hours to get there because of traffic yesterday from New Jersey and it is still beyond worth it because Dr. Muller is giving me my full life back!

I was diagnosed over 5 years ago with dry eye. My doctor kept telling me I was getting better but I reached a point where I just wanted to go to bed to escape my sore, burning, gritty eyes. An avid reader, I gave it up. Fortunately, I recently relocated to NYC and after researching dry eye specialists on Google, or Dr. Google, as Dr. Muller calls it, I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Muller based on her stellar academic qualifications. Over a period of 7 weeks, I have seen her 3 times. In that short time, following her very specific plan of treatment, I am no longer complaining about sore, tired, burning and itchy eyes. She herself has dry eye and I feel like I am working with someone who knows first hand how awful dry eyes are. If you suffer from dry eye and have found no relief, I can not recommend Dr. Muller more highly. And, I would add that her staff are considerate and well-trained. How lucky I am that Dr. Google told me to go see Dr. Muller!

This was my first time visiting with Dr. Muller based upon a recommendation from a friend who had surgery performed by Dr. Muller years ago. I am very picky and was expecting a great visit based upon my friend's recommendation, but my visit was even better than expected! Dr. Mueller has a GREAT bedside manner and is intelligent, confident, caring and extremely focused on a positive outcome for her patients. I am going to have surgery performed by her, and I am not the least bit nervous about it. I liked that when I walked in her office, the first thing her staff did is hand me her curriculum vitae and her statistics. I highly recommend her to anyone! Thanks Dr. Muller!

UPDATE: I had the surgery with Dr. Muller last week and I am finally completely out of glasses after wearing glasses for 43 years. With the modified mono vision surgery, she gave me the ability to see 20/15 (based upon my post operative exam) and I can still read the smallest of print. I would highly recommend her (and her entire staff) to anyone.

Update: I had extreme dry eye issues for 4 years after the surgery and trouble driving at night due to extreme halos. Dr Muller was somewhat dismissive and kept telling me that I would have fluctuations in vision for a while but this was not normal. I started seeing a different ophthalmologist who was must more understanding and tried numerous things until I was finally back to normal. He said that the surgeon did nothing wrong except that perhaps I was not a good candidate due to dry eyes. Now ten years later at 58 years old I still have 20/20 vision and can read without glasses. I am happy I had the surgery but disappointed with her after care.

If your eyes bother you because of your allergies-Dr Muller is the one to see. The difference of having a provider who is aware of the interactions of allergies and eyes makes all the difference. Her office is impeccable run-great staff, well trained and compassionate. Sometimes you have to wait-but that is because when you have an emergence there is always room in the schedule to get you in. Don't wait, make the appointment

I am eternally grateful to Dr. Muller. After two years of chasing a diagnosis for excessive tearing and dry eye, as well as proper treatment for MGD, Dr. Muller has helped me get the answers other doctors did not.
Thanks to her determination to find a solution to my eye problems I finally have hope and after several months on her protocol my oil glands are flowing and my dry eye has improved.
I sometimes feel very depressed that I didn’t find Dr. Muller sooner because it would have prevented the damage that was done by inadequate solutions from other doctors. Please see this doctor if you are suffering and cannot find the answer to what is causing your eye problems. Thank you so much, Dr. Muller!

I'm so thankful to have found Dr. Muller. I've been to so many other ophthalmologists for my dry eye who all seem to shrug and offer limited options. Dr. Muller actually takes your concerns seriously, and she has a unique and proactive approach for treating your condition that goes beyond what other doctors will prescribe. I feel so encouraged knowing that Dr. Muller will address all of my symptom. Her office staff is helpful, and the office itself is beautiful and clean.

UPDATE: just to say that 3 years on, the below continues to be true. My eyes are healthier than ever, and while there is quite a bit of maintenance, I feel so confident being in Dr. Muller's excellent care.

If you're like me, and you must be in a long-term committed relationship with an Ophthalmologist, then you really can't go wrong in committing to Dr. Muller. She's whip smart, listens well, evolves with you as things change -not just your vision, but also the seasons and allergens and humidity etc -and she's wicked funny, which makes the whole thing more manageable. Love her and the team!

I went from constantly itching my eyes to feeling 50x better thanks to Dr. Muller. I thought it was allergies but it turned to be MGD and my glands were atrophying. I’m so glad I decided to see Dr. Muller so I can preserve the glands I have left. Don’t delay, your eyes will thank you.

I was referred to Dr. Muller by a trusted friend who happens to be a retina surgeon. Dr. Muller is a wonderful, caring, personable, and very thorough physician with the expertise and equipment to employ cutting-edge treatments for dry eyes such as mine. It is always a pleasure visiting her office. Entering the office on Park Ave feels like walking into a spa; with its upscale decor and fresh flower arrangements it is far and away the loveliest doctor's office I've ever encountered. Her staff is always cordial, well-trained, and professional. Her treatments can come with a high price tag, so you might want to make sure your insurance will take the edge off.

I've had a great experience with Dr Muller. Her and her staff are always attentive. She's helped me get a very bad dry eye condition to a much better place.

I can't say enough about my experience with Dr. Muller and her team. I first thought I had pink eye and was treated twice for it. When my symptoms did not go away I saw two different Ophthalmologists and was told I had dry eyes and to take over the counter drops. My symptoms continued to escalate.
My first visit was long but very thorough. Dr. Muller identified that I also had Myobium gland dysfunction and blepharitis. My eyes immediately felt better after three months of being miserable. Dr. Muller carefully explains the course of treatment and the importance of following through with recommendations (ie your homework- taking medication with daily eye care). While it is a lot at first, the benefits and improvement in my eyes and appearance are worth it.

As soon as you meet Dr. Jacqueline you will feel her passionate spirits and professional knowledge. She will walk you through the symptoms and solutions. She is keen educating patients and giving lessons.
The office vibe is welcoming and inclusive. Everyone is happy to help.

Dr. Muller is the best ophthalmologist I have ever visited and one of the best doctors as well. She is very thorough, results-driven, has an impressive amount of knowledge and experience, is kind and caring, and takes all the time you need to answer your questions and concerns and do all necessary testing. Very importantly, she also puts a great emphasis on educating you about your condition and your treatments, and her website clearly illustrates that. She is a great specialist in dry eyes and a fantastic doctor. In case there is any issue with the treatment she is available, and the office is always transparent and helpful regarding insurance coverage and costs.

For the treatment of dry eyes, she does comprehensive testing to understand all contributing factors to the problem (meibography, allergy tests, ocular surface examination, questions about environmental and behavioral factors, tear osmolarity tests, etc.) in a way that goes clearly beyond what most other ophthalmologists do. She then approaches the problem from every angle in a systematic and holistic way, and using the best and most updated treatments for you. In my case it has been a huge difference in my quality of life.

All the other people in her office are also very professional and caring, and the office itself is beautiful. I highly recommend Dr. Muller and her team.
