Dr. Jerry and his staff is very unprofessional. He only sees his patients as dollar signs. They were over capacity and I was told to stand outside if I felt some way. I will be contacting covid 19 tracing center to have them enforce covid 19 rules. He's very negligent towards his patients, their well-being is not his first priority.

I'm not even a patient here but dont understand why I have to wait on hold for 40+ minutes to get any information! I've worked at many different doctors offices and I've never witnessed anything like this.

Please don’t ever call this place. They take an eternity to answer the phone. They do this so you can come in and bill your insurance. Staff is horrible

What can I say about him? A Doctor with a purpose. A Doctor who listens to his patients and treats them like his family. I met him about 5 years ago. I met him through my daughter who needed her Immigrant medical done. Back then I was still sick with my Brain Injury. He treated me like his own daughter and for this I will always be grateful for him. He is sent by God to be a Doctor to all of his patients.

Dr is great but the waiting process is horrible, been here for 2hr + waiting to get my blood work done. The workers their seems to be inexperienced and they move extremely slow. I think the Dr.needs to hire people with skills and full experience. Waiting for so long for one thing is horrible and it’s not even more then 5 people when I came in. Those who were here with me is still here and those who just came threw the doors, already got called and moved on. I'm a very unhappy patient.

Dr. Jerry is an excellent, caring doctor. He is the best! He is truly blessed. He listens to your concerns and answers all of your questions. I hope something can be done about long wait time because everybody wants to see him.
