13I cannot thank Dr. Jacob and her wonderful staff enough for all of their help during and after my pregnancy! They answered all of my millions of questions (especially my extra questions during this pandemic) and were also so supportive! In addition, Dr. Jacob really helped and coached me through a difficult birth and I am so grateful for that!
Dr. Jacob is phenomenal, there are no words to describe how thankful I am for the privilege of having her deliver my third child. I was recommended to see Dr. Jacob by our family doctor after my previous ob/gyn switched practices as I was 33 weeks pregnant with my third child. My childbirth plan involved a third cesarean and I was very nervous and particular as to who was going to care for me. I am confident that if Dr. Jacob was my Doctor 7 years ago when I had my first child, I would have never needed a cesarean. Dr. Jacob is a reassuring doctor with an honest and upfront demeanor and still, she is so caring. She took complete ownership of me as her patient during my cesarean and it was clear that she had the highest respect of the nurses and doctors in the surgery room. She’s a rockstar! The entire staff at Dr. Jacob’s office has also been equally amazing to me, always responsive to my questions and all my appointments were on time with little to no wait. I truly believe she was meant to be my doctor and I am blessed to be under her care! I can go on and on about how fabulous she is especially during the craziness of this pandemic, I felt calm and reassured with Dr. Jacob.
I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone. She is very inpatient, always in rush, doesn't answer your questions. Wait time is long. I had a very bad experience during delivery. I was a first time mom. Doctor was very inpatient, almost screamed at me because I couldn't push the baby out. I ended up having a c section. I spent 3 days at the hospital, and I saw her only once during that time for 10 seconds maximum.
I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Jacob. I moved in the middle of my pregnancy and she took me as a patient in my second trimester. She delivered my baby in 2019. She's very knowledgable with a no-nonsense attitude. I would certainly recommend Dr. Jacob's healthcare.
Unfortunately, her office is busy and wait times are long.
Best doctor. Best office staff. She delivered both my kids. It was the most wonderful experience ever.
I have known Dr. Jacob for more than 25 years now. She has delivered all of my children. I would not trust ANY other doctor with my care. She is an incredible diagnostician and an incredible doctor. Sometimes the wait is long, but when you want THE BEST, sometimes you have to wait for it!
If you're not happy with a Dr.go somewhere else so don't blame a Dr.if something goes wrong if your medical history is serious.
Dr Jacobs is truly a one a kind doctor. When I think about her, 2 unique characteristics immediately come to mind. 1.she is there at every deliver, almost never goes on vacation, works around the clock to make sure she is by her patients - something that almost no one else does these days. 2. Because she is so devoted to her patients, her c section rate is much lower than her peers. I highly recommend Dr Jacobs!
A true professional with real world experience! We have found her practice to be personal and very professional. In the New York metro area can be quite a challenge to find the right practice and Doctor who will listen to your needs and not just go through the cookie cutter process driven world we live in. Our experience with her was excellent!
Dr. Jacob is knowledgeable, caring, sensitive, easy to reach at ANY time of night or day, and comes highly recommended in the medical field.

Dr. Jessica Jacob is the most patient, understanding & caring OB/GYN I know. She wants only what's best for her patients (so I think whoever had the nerve to write that horrrible review about her owes her a huge apology). Aside from delivering 8 out of her 11 grandchildren, she has delivered so many people I know. There is one specific person I know who said that Dr. Jessica Jacob is "the only person she trusts".
Dr.jacob and her staff are wonderful. They are very personal and take good care of their patients. Dr Jacobs tries to ensure she delivers every baby - she is always available. She is very experienced and provides the best care possible. She means business and personally i like that.
