Dr. Jingbo liu MD PhD., West Hempstead NY

Amazing doctor, I was introduced to him by my mother in law, My doctor is in Manhattan and I couldn’t get to him so I used Dr Liu and he saw me with no important, and then I was sick again and I called in for cough medicine because I couldn’t leave the house. He called the pharmacy, I really appreciate everything Dr Liu, He is so caring and understanding and specially a wonderful doctor!

So Dr. Jingbo is my pcp. Let me start by saying I don't go to the doctors often.
I know it's not good but I only go when I feel something isn't right. With that in mind I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday receptionist asked what was the appointment for told her im not feeling well. Explained my symptoms etc. Told her id like to get blood work done np. She said ok dont forget no eating or drinking before your appointment. ⁰Cool.get there and I'm asked questions related to covid. Have you had a fever etc. So I did have what was a slight fever body aches etc. These symptoms are very main stream. So they send me around to the covid side of the building where they have the front door area closed off for covid testing. I go in wait for the doctor.
He gives me the covid test. He comes back about 10 minutes the timer was done he says ok negative. Good. At this point I'm thinking ok so my appointment can begin.well it sort of already did right? Idk but he looks at what I had showed him my concern was for. He does a quick stethoscope run down doesn't ask me to breath or anything checks my ears and looks at my concerned area and says ohh it looks like xyz. He didn't sound convinced at all but I'm like ok. I mean at this point I don't know anybetter
However I wasn't convinced he'd done his due diligence. He prescribes me antibiotics and a topical cream. Tells me take that and come back next Saturday. At this point I feel like I'm just a number on a chart that he collects off of. Following day I call the urgent care by me. I go see them. Describe all of my symptoms etc. Same way I did with Dr. Jingbo. She looks at me ask similar questions and tells me that what I have looks very much like ABC.
She says hold on let me get another set of eyes to confirm. At this point I felt so reassured that my best interest was their best interest. So the doctor looks and Says ohh yeah definitely ABC. And then begins to explain why I feel the way I do.
I didn't have to go and Google it! What a relief. He said I'll give u a prescription and that I need to take it fully even if I'm feeling better and not showing signs of ABC. He really went into detail. And that my friends is exactly how a visit to a Doctors office should be.so Dr. Jingbo

My daughter did her covid test for travelling. He didnt get the result as early as we expected but he went beyond his working hours and ensured we got it in time for leaving. He came through for us

Assumed I was lying about my symptoms when I came to him with concerns. Went to other professionals and got the help I needed in spite of him/no thanks to Dr. Liu.

The Doctor is nice and professional, don't take long to see you and the staff friendly. Thank you Dr. Jingbo.can I get my refill now.jajaja just kidding.
