Highly recommended a top surgeon, had extensive rotator cuff surgery with no issues had a speedy recovery. 11 days after surgery, I'm starting to use my arm with no pain. Great attention to patients concerns took time out to make certain I understand the procedure. Office staff was excellent

Solid team. Attention to detail. Staff is super friendly along with the doctor's. Have been to this place more than handful of times and they've helped from surgery to post-ops and have been top notch.

I've been here for my son and me. The doctor and the PA are great. Staff was friendly and efficient. Sometimes there is wait but all good doctors have a wait.

Dr L is the best! So caring and compassionate. Makes sure his patients feel they are addressed as if they are his ONLY patient. Sweet man, very knowledgeable. Front desk is awesome at both locations!

I recently went to Dr. L’inslata (Bayridge Brooklyn location) for a meniscus tear. If there were 10 stars Dr. L’insalata and his support staff would get a “10”! First, they were able to squeeze me in (adding that I may have to wait to see the dr) which I did, but not for too long. Then when I saw the dr. He asked some questions, physically checked out my knee, reviewed the mri. He knew his stuff.he was thorough, precise, to the point, answered all my questions, (sometimes even before I could ask them) and discussed options. And he has great bedside manner! There are doctors who are specialists and experts in their field but lacking in bedside manner.and then there are those that have great bedside manner, compassion and caring but perhaps not as knowledgeable. Dr. L’insalata is one of the few who has both! And for the icing on the cake: his support staff: Karen and Caroline? (Sorry if I’ve got the name wrong?) are amazing. They run the office from The moment you walk in.like a well oiled machine.and like the dr.both competent.and caring. Thank you!

Horrendous front desk service, with zero empathy.had to cancel my appointment due to them keeping me on hold and refusing to let me speak to the doctor.

I am disgusted with this practice and service.

Dr. L’Insalata performed surgery on 3/21/19 to repair large rotator cuff tear, remove bone spurs and reattach torn bicep in left arm. The surgery was quite successful and my physical therapist and Dr. L’Insalata are amazed at my recovery. His bedside manner is excellent and he answers all questions. I would highly recommend Dr. L’Insalata to my family and friends.

I highly recommend the office from the front desk girls to the doctors I love them they always treat me with such a warm welcome and fit me in when I am in a lot of pain extremely obliging and courtesy! I’ve been a patient of Dr. L’linsalata since my motorcycle day’s. Dr. L’linsalata and his staff are awesome. Calling for an appointment is always easy and upon arriving for my appointment the staff always makes me feel great. I know that my wait time will be reasonable and the care that either Dr. L’linsalata or his fantastic PA Chris Dunleavy, will give me the best possible care. PS there is always ample parking on site.

Different strokes for different folks. I have seen Dr. L’Insalata for some issues and I have never had a problem. His office staff are all very nice especially Crystal. His PA Chris is also very knowledgeable and a great PA.

1127/2018. I recently read reviews on zocdoc. I have to say I don’t know what office they went too, but it sure wasn’t Dr. ‘L’insalata. From the moment you walk in, the front staff greats with kindness and compassion. Very professional. The wait time has never been an issue. The Doctor is phenomenal. Excellent surgeon. His PA Chris is terrific. The ENTIRE staff are courteous and efficient. I wouldn't consider going to another orthopaedic office.
