Had my front tooth extraction, bone graft and implant with Dr. Margarone. Each procedure was smooth and painless. I was recommended to him by many dentists in the area and he proved to be as good as advertised. If you need serious oral surgical work done, I wouldn’t hesitate to go to him.

Horrible doctor very ignorant and rude kicked me out bc i was complaining about being in pain left a broken tooth in my mouth do not go to this guy horrible dentist

Dr. Margarone and his staff were unbelievably comprehensive and professional for both my wisdom teeth removal a few years back, and for a recent face laceration that required stitching immediately. For my wisdom teeth, Dr. Margarone went in depth with me, discussing the process of the surgery, why they needed to be taken out, and proper recovery. He made the whole experience transparent and enjoyable. Additionally, when I needed stitching for a laceration under my eye, Dr. Margarone kindly was able to assist me immediately on his day off and get me the proper care I needed.
Dr. Margarone's practice is one both my family and I have trusted and will continue to use in the future!

My 19 year old daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Margarone. The experience was great. He is kind, efficient, and explains everything very well. She was in and out very quickly.

Last Monday I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Margarone and his staff. They were very kind and informed me of every detail I needed to know before the surgery and gave me a guide afterwards to help assure my full recovery. They made me aware of their actions through each step of the surgery and I felt very comfortable during it. He did a great job and I have now almost fully recovered from my surgery as I have begun to ease back into eating normal foods, working out, etc.

Dr. Margarone and his staff were absolutely professional and made me feel well informed throughout the entire process. Just over two weeks ago Dr. Margarone removed all four of my wisdom teeth. After many years of dealing with discomfort and being told by another surgeon that my teeth did not need to be removed it was a relief to have someone see the issues. I was quite anxious the day of my extraction but his nurse was kind enough to help ease my nerves. I am so grateful to finally have some relief. Best wishes to Dr. Margarone and his entire staff!

I would recommend Dr Margarone. I had a badly infected molar removed in his office and a bone graft inserted to repair my damaged jaw. All this was done under a local with minimum discomfort. My follow up exam showed all is healing well and in a few months we will be doing an implant. Dr Margarone and his staff were nothing but professional. Thanks for the good experience.

I am terrified of having any type of dental work. Dr. Margarone and his office staff were very understanding of my fears and made me feel comfortable and at ease before, during and after the procedure. They followed up with me the following day to make sure I was okay. I am very pleased with this doctor and everyone on his staff.

I have used Dr. Margarone's services twice for tooth removal and dental implants and I would not hesitate to go back to him if I needed his services again. The office staff and his assistants are very friendly. Dr. Margarone patiently explains every step of the procedure and lets you know up front exactly what to expect. I had an awful experience at this office.the doctor could not get an IV in me for the sedation that i had requested for my wisdom tooth extraction.he stuck me 4 times, each time saying "I'm going in blind" meaning he was randomly sticking a needle in my arm, fishing it around trying to find a vein to inject into.when he could not do it, he asked me two times if i wanted to proceed with just novicane, and after refusing two times (one time more than i should have needed to), he told me that i would have to find another doctor to do the procedure who would most likely not be able to do it in their office because he's "pretty good at starting IVs and if I can't do it, someone else will have a hard time". He also recommended i try a hospital but "i don't think any anesthesiologist could do any better than me". He was VERY rude in the way he treated me about not being able to do my procedure, and very arrogant.he acted as if i wasted his time, left the room not once apologizing to me.he had no sympathy toward me, his staff had more than he did.i will never EVER recommend dr margarone to anyone after seeing how he treated me, and honestly after seeing how he acted, I'm more than happy he did not do my procedure.i work in the medical field myself and know how to treat people with proper patient care, and making your patients feel like it was their fault that YOU couldn't do their procedure, is beyond rude.all of the negative reviews are accurate.i will never set foot into this office ever again.

I felt compelled to write a review on Dr. Margarone's after reading everyones thoughts. It intially scared me because all of the negative reviews, but please DO NOT listen to the reviews the people writing them must be super sensitive, intimidated or something. What others say are not valid points regarding a professional practice. My dentist, whom is my cousin, referred him to me for wisdom teeth removal and I trusted her regardless of the horrible reviews. When I met Dr. Margone he wasnt rude or mean or anything like the other reviews. He is a stern, straightforward, and aknowlegable man. During the consultation he explained everything in vivid detail and made me feel comfortable that a professional would be working on my mouth. I had all 4 of my impacted wisdom teeth removed the same day as my consultation only because someone else canceled their appointment, this rarley happens. He was very professional in and out of the operating room. The entire procedure took about an hour. I am still recovering from the removal but had to thank Dr. Margarone for his excellent work! His staff is lovley by the way, super nice and friendly especially the woman in the operating room with him. I give them nothing but 5 stars! If you cant handle a stern and serious professional who is only intrested in the greater good of his patcients then dont waste his time or yours because he is a very busy man. My family has used Dr. Margarone three times for oral surgery. Each time the doctor fully explained everything in the consultation of what could be expected the day of surgery and post -op. We are happy to say we've never had any complication because Dr. Margarone is excellent at his profession. There are several oral surgeons that are closer to where will live but we choose to drive the 40 minutes to have service from an excellent dentist.

My experiences with Dr. Margarone and his office were 100% great. Prompt, friendly, and honest (no-nonsense approach, which I prefer) from beginning to end with wisdom tooth removal. I am very satisfied with the overall experience, especially given how slow and underresponsive other offices can be.
