This is one of the situations where the 5 stars goes to an employee and not DHL. I had a very important shipment in limbo where dhl wasn’t doing their part by meeting the delivery date and my client was very stern on “if it isn’t delivered today, I don’t want it”. BRIAN SANTIAGO genuinely treated me like family when I’m indeed a stranger and solely a client.kept in touch with me every hour with updates and made magic happen by getting me my delivery on time. Such a genuine and professional individual. DHL needs more employees like this individual. Thank you so much Brian!

Warm bedside manner, on top of labs & referred me to a good specialist. I won't return bc of her assistant, Nirmalia, who you must always go through.

Nirmalia had me hold 40 minutes for a televist, didn't tell the dr & the doctor said she herself had been waiting. On top of that, Nirmalia hadn't given her my records from 2 separate emails so I had to wait another 10 minutes. After a severe head injury, Nirmalia was cold, callous, rude & ill nannered: never says thanks or asks how you are. Very nasty about records. I emailed Nirmalia 2x to cancel an appointment, she never got back to me on either. I stopped by, she looked scared but still denied she received them. I complained to the office manager.
