Over the past year, Dr. Marks has been helping me address my SIBO issues and I'm very impressed and pleased with the care he's provided. Every session he's compassionate and helpful as he takes me through my results, explaining what they mean, why it's important and how I should go about tackling the issues. For over ten years he has been my chiropractor, nutritionist, kinesiologist, and consultant on every health issue that has come my way. It took me a while before I realized that there was something other than allopathic medicine, when you went to the doctor. I guess they were keeping it a secret. After numerous MD visits, which resulted in no help whatsoever, I discovered functional medicine, which is actually the way all medicine should be practiced. When someone spends as much time and money as MD's do, you would think they understodd how the body works and doesn't work. Unfortuanelty, most of what they do know cannot help you and this applies mainly to chronic conditions. Whenever I was in their presence, I felt like a 6 headed Venutian or a blue Avatar and I was clearly being dismissed as some crazy hypochondriac. This did not happen when I saw Dr. Marks. He is a great guy, has an agile sense of humor and does whtever he can to resolve your problem. In addition, he encourages you to do all the research that you deem necessary, as no one practititoner knows everything. My case has been intractable and complicated, but we are slowly peeling the onion towards a resolution. I have never once felt that his reponse would be, 'look, I am the professional here, not you, but I have experienced that from others. During major crisis, he has always returned my emails or phone calls, some of which resulted in complete resolution of the issues at hand. It is unlikely that your situation is as convoluted as mine, so I am confident that if others did the necessary work that would be involved, Dr. Marks would be able to help you.

I have been going to Dr Marks for my back pain for over 10 years. He is simply a magician and I trust him implicitly. He has so much knowledge about the skeletal systems and how it all works together and he is the ONLY person I would trust to adjust my neck. Dr. Marks is my 'go to guy' and has been so for 20+ years. He has helped me with terrible colds, Epstein Barr, anxiety, UTI's, neck and hip pain and ALL of it through natural means! My son, then 19 years old had a digestive issue that just wouldn't go away. Dr. Loren to the rescue! Turns out he had a subtly hiding virus and again with the right supplements it was gone within a week.
