Dr. Loveena Gupta, DDS, Ithaca NY

I went in to get two chipped incisors capped and she initially made the "fillings" so short I couldn't use them. She got irritated and remade them too long. I was afraid to make her more irritated so I didn't say anything, but my husband sure noticed. Predictably, one broke off the next day while biting into a soggy eggroll. It was great that she filled them so quickly on the first appointment, but now I have to find another dentist. Whatever length they were going to be, they weren't going to last long, as she predicted. Talk about self fulfilling prophecy!

Went to see Dr Gupta to establish a dental provider in my insurance network. They were not welcoming, unprofessional and did nothing for me except take 2 tooth x-rays, saw Dr Gupta for about 3 minutes and she referred me to an "Out of Network" provider. To top it off I got a letter yesterday from Dr Gupta canceling me as a patient.
