Dr. Mark Sonnenschine, MD reviews
6Staff is VERY rude and disrespectful. I do not know if Dr. Sonnenschine receives message or not from staff? My 82 year old mother went to Dr. Sonnenschine for blood tests. Outcome was not good. NO call back from doctor, though he assured me he would call with the test results. Requested four times for a call back, none received. I am surprised, because this doctor seemed compassionate and concerned. Never judge a book by its cover.
One of my favorite doctors I have met. Super friendly and very patient. Very kind both the doctor and secretary. I appreciate that they are always humble.
Of course being fearful going to an oncologist Dr.was on my mind. I met Dr Sonnenschine in the hospital for iron deficiency and I was immediately comforted by his bedside manner. Now I'm facing a cancer diagnosis and he is even more comforting. He explains everything I need to know and answers all questions. He is a wonderful Dr.and a good man. I put my life in his hands 8 years ago and I have been grateful ever since. Natalie is his right hand. She does a good job running the office. She is concerned and kind.
I may have recordings of him stating to me that my family memeber overstayed their welcome in the hospital and that the hospital is losing a ton of money. That family member is on a trache and on ventilator. While he insist that he is on our side and will fight for us, I feel we came to discover that he was working against us all this time to please his puppet masters in the hospital. Be warned that when your family member becomes a financial liability to him and his hospital that when he turns on you. Mark. You know who I am and I told you the truth will be out very soon and all your patients will know better.
My mom sees Dr. Sonnenschine in Coney Island hospital and she’s amazed by him He’s the great Dr, very attentive, courteous and intelligent. He always smiles and shines (like his last name) while he spoke to pt. He acts promptly in emergency situations, he never ignores your new symptoms.
Thank you for being so nice to your pts Dr. Sonnenschine
Keep going and please don’t turn into “businessman”
