Appreciative of their timeliness in comparison to other practices in the Flushing area where you have to wait for an hour or more to see the dentist despite your appointment (s). The teeth cleaning process went well with little to no pain (in comparison to past dentists) and Dr. Carpo was thorough with her examination. They also allowed my 2 year old to observe the teeth cleaning process on my wife. Friendly and helpful (resolving insurance roadblocks) as well!

Dr. Carpa has the perfect disposition to deal with a patient as neurotic and frightened of dentist as I am. Very patient, very careful to inform me of each step she is required to do. Her office is small, but very efficient and organized.

Dr. Carpo is the most patient and kind dentist I’ve had thus far in my life! I entrust my whole family’s teeth under her dental care. Therefore, I decided to have my Invisalign done at her clinic because I felt that she would have done her best to achieve my desired goal for a better smile. She guided me through the scans, options offered to achieve my goal smile, listened to my concerns, and answered all my questions. She’s a 1: 1 dentist and she doesn’t rush through anything that’s important and necessary; and is thorough with everything she does. Her receptionist, Bianca, is the one and only receptionist there who is kind and awesome as well with a great sense of humor! Communication with them is great, they can communicate via text messaging which I appreciate, so questions and scheduling is convenient in that sense with a record via texts. Also, a little tip, cash is best when it comes to doing Invisalign. Overall, I highly appreciate and recommend Dr. Carpo!

As a person that was always hesitant to get braces, Dr. Michele S. Carpo introduced me to the idea of Invisalign. I had seen advertisements and such everywhere for it but never thought it would be for me, Dr. Carpo walked me through the steps and requirements the journey of Invisalign would go through and reassured me that any questions or concerns would be answered. She eased any uncertainties that I had and led me on my way to starting Invisalign. Getting started, she was very honest to explain there would be pains and cautions to beware of and made the start of Invisalign seamless. Through the months, if I had any questions or concerns along the way such as maintenance, she’d quickly try to access my issue and give me a solution. With the end of my Invisalign journey, saying yes to get Invisalign was one of the best choices I’ve made and Dr. Carpo made the whole journey worthwhile as I get compliments on my smile now.

First time with Dr Carpo and I was impressed. For the past year I have been pushing off my dental cleaning because I could not find a dentist that was the right fit for me. However, my sister went to see Dr. Carpo and recommended her to me so I decided to try her out. Everyone at the office were so nice and helpful. The front desk lady is so sweet and I just got an amazing vibe at this place. Not only that but Dr. Carpo took the time to go over my x rays and thoroughly explained the conditions of my teeth. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. Overall 10/10 experience and I highly recommend Dr. Carpo.
