Sipping an exquisite cup of coffee. Idelevich knows for sure that he doesn’t know.he doesn’t know. No manners, no competence. Doesn't look at the patient, doesn't hear what he says, only hears himself. They didn't care. They charge $5 per person on Fidelis. They don't care about helping people, they care about how to pay their salaries. But such people are doomed to run after carrots like a donkey all their lives. Everyone boomeranged and everyone who came out said that you should feel that I feel that I will overtake her. Boomerang has not been canceled.

1st they don’t even speak English in the front desk
2nd they are very rude
3rd don’t even bother if mrs Nathalia is your incurance dr cause the answer is she dont accept incurance.
4th of course i report this to blue cross blue shield cause is a very unprofessional behavior for a health professional…

I don't know why you people hating on this doctor for. I came here and the doctor was great she looked me in the eyes and spoke to me in a professional manner. I had a normal experience. PERIOD

Everthing from the receptionist to the doctor is subpar. You walk in and are greeted by someone who clearly doesn't want to be there. Her assistant who takes your vitals is a gossip know-it-all who treats you condescendingly. If you manage to survive and get to see the actual doctor so as to not waste your appoitment, Mrs. Idelevitch is bursting with self importance and arrogance. She has no bedside manners. She will rudely silence you if you decide to interject to ask a question during her long-winded explanations. If you want to clarify something while she is typing on the computer, she will ask for you to be quiet as in she can't type and talk at the same time but can somehow pass Med. School. Rude doctor. Look Elsewhere!

Horrible Doctor! This person is a licensed scammer! I went there to have a physical exam for employment purposes. I trusted her knowing that she is a respectable person, because uhhmm she's a DOCTOR! Duuh! But the joke is on me! She did all lab tests and screenings just to max out my insurance! She asked if I drink alcohol - boom! In my bill she charged me with alcohol screening. She asked how was my mood - charged me with depression screening! She said shes gonna order labs for me. When my bill came I just found out she ordered gonorrhea, chlamydia and a lot of stuff that I didnt need for employment purposes! O-M-G! Stay away from this person!

The receptionist is incompetent and rude. She made an appointment for me and then cancelled. However, she didn't call me about the cancellation. When I came, she asked me why I came. I told her. She said it was cancelled. I told her that I didn't know and left work early. Now, I'll be in trouble. I asked her for a note for work stating that I was in the office. She said no. It's not the first time she made a mistake. Then, she ignored me when I explained that I don't need a note that I saw the doctor. Just that I was in the office. She ignored me again. The doctor is always on her side. The doctor is also a bad listener and wants to get you out ASAP. Medical assistant is fine. I always wait for a couple of hours to see the doctor, who rushes me out of the office. Time to find another doctor. I would give zero stars, if I could.

Dr. Idelevich is an Amazing doctor. I was in pain and they accepted me as an urgent case. The front desk lady greeted me politely. The doctor was able to help me and she suggested a few referrals. I highly recommend this office. I will refer my friends to this place.

If it wasn’t for the elderly people visiting then this woman would be out of business. Totally unprofessional work environment. From the receptionist all the way to the doctor. I was asking the doctor a question and she was so rude and condescending telling me what my diagnoses were. I automatically changed my doctor after I visited her. How is this woman a doctor if she has no compassion for her patients or any kind of empathy. Ridiculous. It’s so hard finding a good doctor in these areas.

She was nice in person, but I got terrible allergic reactions after the shots she prescribed, I’d say she’s not proffessional.

Doctor is very poor! Lot’s of Patients in there office. Don’t every listen what patients says. They don’t treat patients in a right way.
