They office worker never returned back to me my driver's license and insurance cards. Multiple call asking them to mail them to me went unanswered. Then they lied to me that they mailed it. DO NOT GO THERE!

Dr. Bhatia is great, but I give 2 stars because the office staff leaves a lot to be desired. The phone goes unanswered almost all the time and it's confusing because the number that is noted in the voicemail recording is a different number than the 212 office number, calls are not returned in the timeframe set forth by office staff, they are not knowledgeable about insurance (told me I had to pay in the hundreds for my appointment when it was, in fact, just a copay), and it's been 3 weeks since my appointment and the claim has not been submitted to my insurance for processing. I've had to have my insurance step in on 2 occasions to correct them on their processes and it's frustrating to feel like I have to keep track of them. I won't be returning, and it's definitely a result of the office staff, not the doctor.

Met with Dr. Bhatia yesterday and he scheduled me for an MRI. He’s attentive and comforting. Extremely professional and nice. The receptionist however almost made me change my mind about visiting the office and I may not return. She called me an hour before my visit requesting that I bring cash. During my visit she asked for insurance which I already provided to her via email days prior. After my visit I called to ask her to forward my referral information to the off-site radiology center and she now tells me I left Dr. Bhatia’s office without the referral. So she made no effort to contact me and if that information I requested is not faxed to the radiology center, I will not return to their office. Because even upon arrival she assumed I had an appointment with another doctor without asking my name or checking me in. Too unorganized and delayed. My visit with Dr. Bhatia was less than 30 mins in entirety and I expect exceptional health care service all around for the cost.

Disgraceful! After a visit to the ER several weeks ago and undergoing various tests, I was instructed to contact a neurologist ASAP. As I was a patient of Dr. Bhatia for the past several years, I left three urgent messages but never heard back from him. I've waited a significant amount of time before posting this message to give him the benefit of the doubt but to no avail. I've moved on to a reputable doctor who cares about his patients.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I went to this doctor in April 2017. Apparently my insurance did not cover the entire appointment, which they never notified me of. They submitted the amount that I owe them to the credit union. Absolutely ridiculous.

Dr. Bhatia is great doctor.he asked me to get an mri and called right away. He makes you feel comfortable and relaxed with great bed side manners.i highly recommend him.

This Doctor failed to diagnose a brain tumor! On 2/28/18 he ordered for me to have an MRI done with and without contrast. On 3/12/18 when I met with him to get my results, he said I didn't have any lesions, tumors, or aneurysms. He attempted to diagnose me with having migraine headaches. On 4/21/18, I ended up getting admitted to Mt Sinai Hospital due to a subarachnoid hemorrhage and it was also discovered that I had a brain tumor, which was removed on 4/27/18.

Very Courteous, Kind and Beautiful staff. They were just so nice. I am Overall happy with my visit.

Dr Bhatia performed a nerve conduction study on my arms. He moved calmly, deliberately and was very gentle. A nearly painless experience for me (I'd been warned that it can be the exact opposite). He answered all my questions fully and patiently. High marks.
