Dr. Nicolas Masyga, Hamburg NY

I have been a patient at this practice (Hamburg Family Medicine) for years. Dr. Masyga is my primary care doctor and helps treat me for serious chronic conditions as well as normal sicknesses. Without lie, he is the best doctor I have ever seen. And I have unfortunately seen MANY. He listens and treats you with so much respect. He is beyond knowledgeable, but will get you to the right specialist if needed. I have gotten amazing recommendations from him. Harmony, Dr. Masyga’s PA, is just as wonderful and is a carbon copy of him. The staff from the front desk, to all the nurses are really friendly and helpful as well. I have never encountered any problems with this office. Paperwork is done quick and they always will help you to get an appointment as soon as possible. Even same day a lot! I don’t know where these negative comments come from on here, but please consider what I have said above if you are seeking a primary care doctor. Appreciate all you guys do!

This is absolutely the worst practice I’ve ever been to. I had an appointment about a month ago where all my meds should have been updated. Called to refill my asthma medications this month and none were refilled. I called the after hours and they absolutely would not refill even though I’m crying on the phone, barely able to breathe. They don’t care about patients, they care about money. I am switching my primary and I would advice to NEVER use General PC. They don’t care.
