Dr. Nison L. Badalov. Is the best Doctor I ever met in NY. He is professional. Starting with communication with patient with great follow to check up to find a issue. He is the great Doctor. Sorry about my English.

Dr. Nison is the most professional gastroenterologist in NY I assume. Before I’ve visit another doctor (In Long Island) who didn’t really paid attention to details. Dr. Nison always listening carefully and helped me a lot for the past 2 years and prevented my future health problems. I hope NY will get much more the same kind of doctors like him.

Dr Badalov is amazing doctor no questions, But his customer service is terrible the worst in my experience! First of all they never call you back for following up appointment. Second is i schedule my 2-3 weeks ago i asked several time that i wanna make IT BY PHONE, they said ok no problem at the day of appointment im called to confirm when I should receive call, but they are saying me that my appointment in person and they can’t do it by phone and as a F***** courtesy solutions they are offering me a another appointment in two weeks. Never believe to this people

Receptionist staff very rude! I called with a referral to schedule an appointment and was made to feel uncomfortable and completely discriminated against. I have asked my doctor to refer me elsewhere because I definitely do not want to even set foot in there anymore.

Dr. Badalov is very good Doctor if I could I would give him 10 stars. But stuff members at office is extremally rude. The stuff member by name Karina called to may mom to booking her appointment she was extremely rude and un professional. The date were offered was conflicting with work schedule. She did not even try to look for other days and said take day off. The meaner she was talking totally was un exemptible

Dr. Badalov is an amazing and very knowledgeable doctor but I waited an hour for my appointment it is ridiculous. The place was packed with people. It is not acceptable during this pandemic. They should care about peoples health and their own staff health and schedule less people.

This place can be ashamed of themselves I'm on a really restricted diet.
And waiting for my test results for 5 months already. They keep on pushing off my Virtual appointment for weeks already.
It's really frustrating annoying would not recommend this place not one bit.
It's a shame I have to give it one star!

I saw this Dr. Four months ago. They have since called me 4 times about scheduling a colonoscopy. I did call them back telling them I scheduled this procedure with another Dr.
After that they sent me a letter to schedule this procedure.
I HAVE NEVER HAD SO MANY CALLS FROM A DOCTOR OFFICE TO SCHEDULE A PROCEDURE.
IT BORDERS ON HARRASSMENT.
IT SEEMS THEY AR3 ONLY INTERESTED IN MAKING MONEY. NO REGARD FOR THE PATIENT
STAY AWAY FRON THIS OFFICE.
EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
