Dr. Brisson takes his time when explaining what needs to be done. Results are noticed right away. After surgery he checks up on you on the unit. You establish a good repor with him. He's a great doctor. God bless him.

Worst experience ever was scheduled for surgery twice and both times I think was cancelled. His office which u can never get a hold off and when u do all you get nothing but excuses. You are told their fax don't work their email don't work. Such nonsense. The Dr don't even call you to explain why the procedure was cancelled. Amazing no one seems to care that your in pain.

Did neck synergy no call back wait in office for hrs, you are a number not a person, wont fill out w/comp, 2 years after operating still have bad neck headache pain, and left out to dry, w/comp scammer.

Such a great doctor with great bed side manners. Every level in my neck was herniated from a work accident, due to my age it was decided to treat my injuries conservatively and only fused one level. I’m so glad we did, I have almost full range of motion with little to no pain since getting the surgery done. If I ever have to get any more procedures done to my neck in the future, I would only use Dr Brisson. I highly recommend. I’m from eastern Long Island, well worth the commute

Nine years ago my wife experienced severe lower back pain on a daily basis. There were days when she could not get out of bed. She saw many doctors and none of them could offer any hope of resolving her back pain. We found Dr. Brisson and then we realized that there was hope. It was immediately clear he cared about people and was very good at what he does. He looked at my wife’s MRI and the first thing he said was “I can fix her”. A few weeks later he performed Anterior/ Posterior Lumbar fusion on her lower back and the results were amazing. He did what no others could do, he gave her quality of life back. Recently my wife had 4 herniated disks in her neck and needed surgery. We knew only one doctor we would trust to do any spinal surgery. Again we went to Dr. Brisson and yesterday he performed Spinal Fusion surgery to repair the herniated disks. The surgery went great and I have no doubt that as my wife recovers she will once again be pain free. Dr. Brissons skills as a surgeon are unmatched, and he truly cares about his patients. His office staff follows in his footsteps in doing whatever it takes for the patient, they also truly care. We cannot thank him and his staff enough for everything they have done

I've seen other orthopedic surgeons before and wanted another opinion. Dr Brisson was by far the most thorough and caring. His evaluation was for more than my injury, he took into account my lifestyle, age and personal goals. I gave him 5 stars, but I'd give him 10 stars if I could. He is highly recommended.

I feel blessed to have had Dr. Brisson as my surgeon. I will recommend him to anyone one that I know that suffers from back pain. Dr. Brissons entire staff were tremendous, so kind and caring.

This was the most thorough examination and explanation that I have ever received from a doctor and his NP. They went over all of my tests, showing me where the problems were and gave me detailed explanations of each MRI and CT. They were never rushed and answered all of my questions. Dr Brisson has a wonderful bedside manner. His whole staff is very kind and respectful.

This "genius" did a L/4/5 to S1 Fusion to me without getting a MRI or CAT scan. He was at Cabrini Hospital then, I was left in a world of pain that I still am dealing with. GOOD LUCK
