She’s a really cool doctor. Taught me how to inject medication and provided an IV bag. She gave me explicit instructions on how to tend to my cat mashallah. She’s amazing!

Dr. Monaco really cares about the patients she treats. She explained thoroughly on how to take care of my cat that has had a car accident. She’s patient and hears you out on any of your concerns.

At first I thought Dr. Monaco was great until my cat started to get sick. Then I realized she never gives a definitive answer. She just keeps requiring more tests and more tests with no answers. And she gives text book answers and when asked her to explain in layman’s terms she can’t or just refuses to. She just talks in circles and keeps saying we need more testing. I asked her at what point does my cat need fluids, her answer was you can give it to her if you want. Feeling fed up I took my pet to another vet. The vet said my cat needs fluids. Why didn’t Dr. Monaco tell me this? ! What kind of a vet tells you, you can give it if you want to? ! You’re the vet you have to tell me what’s the right thing to do! She’s only good if your pet is healthy. Otherwise don’t waste your time. Oh and covid is over but she won’t let you in the exam room. She takes the pets in the back behind closed doors when other vets are not doing this.

Dr. Monaco takes great care of my very anxious dog Melody Pond. She is gentle, honest, and very caring. The staff is also great. I would recommend her to all.

Dr. Monaco and her team are actual angels on earth. They have always taken me either right away or same day for emergencies without fail. Yesterday in the early morning I frantically emailed Dr. Monaco about my dog having an emergency and she replied saying to come in first thing. She was able to do an emergency surgery that thankfully saved my dog Lucy’s life and I was even able to bring her home later that evening. Dr. Monaco is super thorough with her explanations and makes it a point to make sure you understand what’s going on with your pet/instructions on what to do. Her staff is also always so nice and understanding while also being extremely professional. I’m so thankful that there is a vet so local to where I live that I can fully trust with my dogs.

So I brought my dog to get spayed with a friends of the animals voucher. In the end the voucher did little to save me any money on getting her spayed. This was due to the unnecessary blood work to specifically up-charge (the assistant at the desk admitted it was unnecessary for a dog this young). This was close to $90. They also only have a chip which is about twice as expensive as most other chips also about $90. The plus is they were able to schedule me the day after I called. This is probably due to how they up charge while still having an office that looks quite messy and unsanitary (door frame falling apart). I would consider them in an emergency but they are far from premium although their prices suggest otherwise. For low cost spay this isn’t really an option but I’m aware those other options are more difficult due to limited schedule. Also just discovered that my dog has a retained deciduous canine. The vet didn’t notice nor did they advise to remove it during spaying (considered best practice). My dog now needs to go under Anastasia just for this purpose.

Dr. PetMD is the best Veterinarian along with her staff. I highly recommend them for their bedside manners, being so caring, compassionate, always available and accommodating. I have been taking my 2 fur babies for about 2 years now and each visit is a pleasure, I have never had an experience with such a great staff and Veterinarian.

Hands down the most caring, comforting knowledgeable vet I’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t take my babies anywhere else. Yes they are very affordable. But I don’t even care about that. They brought my 14-year-old pug Molly back to life. The professionalism is outstanding. Dr. Monaco and Blanca The girl at the front desk/nurse Are definitely the best I’ve ever seen. That means a lot comes for me I don’t trust anybody with my pugs. You can feel the love for your pet as soon as you Get there. They know what they are doing and what they are talking about and they take their time to explain it so I understand also. There’s no BS. They don’t try to make extra money and run extra tests like a lot of other places. They are straightforward, honest, And experienced. This is the only vet I will go to And the only vet I can honestly recommend wholeheartedly. I’d give them six stars if I could.

Dr Monaco and her staff are truly amazing. The best veterinary services around hands down! We have taken our two dogs and cat there and have been satisfied with their services every single time. They always treat us with respect and are loving and caring towards our pets. Dr Monaco is very knowledgeable and thorough with her assessment. She takes her time with each patient and doesn’t look for any shortcuts. She gives you the best options available for your pet and will look to accommodate any request. They are honest and explain in detail the services your pets will receive. I highly recommend their services. You will not be disappointed.

I called to schedule dog neutering with the certificate. Person on the phone was knowledgeable and pleasant. After calling dozens of rude offices who are everything but transparent i could tell this office is different. We scheduled out appointment later this month and i am very satisfied so far with the service. I was told informations about the procedure, cost and medication. Awesome and keep up good work. We need more of good veterinarian staff and offices like this.

I am grateful to have found "Dr Jennifer Monaco" for my girl Bella. She recently had two surgeries at Dr Pet MD and I can honestly say that I knew my dog was in good hands after being there for only a few minutes. As I observed the patience, kindness and professionalism of the lady at the front desk, the staff in the back and of course Dr Jennifer Monaco. She broke down everything to me in regards to what Bella needed, why she needed it and what the cost would be. I also observed how she held my dog and she is definitely someone who loves pets. I am grateful to have found that place and will be bringing my dog back for check ups and vaccination. As of today, Bella is doing much better and healing nicely thanks to Dr Pet MD. Most reasonably priced Vet around. You can tell she really cares about your pets. Allows you to ask all the questions you want without making you feel rushed, very honest and handles pet gently. From now on this is my go to place for my fur babies

Dr. Monaco and her staff are TRULY AMAZING! For many years now I've been taking my pets to her for care. I even travel when needed from Brooklyn where I initially started visiting at her prior location of work to where she currently practices her profession in Queens. Dr. Monaco has gained my loyalty and trust for many reasons. One being, with the one pet I have who suffers from a chronic condition, she always expresses genuine care, patience and compassion. She listens with attentiveness and after conducting evaluation on my pets condition, she carefully expresses in detail and honesty of her findings and suggests on her opinion of what may be for the pets best interest moving foward. I can't even imagine having to entrust the health of my pets in the hands of anyone else's care. I have and will continue to HIGHLY recommend Dr. Monaco to any pet owner I know in search of a GREAT Vet for their furry loved ones.

I just wanted to say, Thank you so much for saving my sweet boys toe! I’m so happy you were able to take care of it compared to the last Vet! I appreciate how quick and effective the vet was! She was very straightforward and explained everything clearly. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and I will definitely be returning if my boy has any other vet needs.

The wort vet you could bring your pets to. Dr. Monaco is unreliable and often cannot give you a clear answer but will keep pressing you to conduct more and more expensive exams. These people seem money hungry and very uninformed. They are extremely unprofessional and offer to do specialty tests when they cannot even analyze the findings properly.

Doctor Monaco is a good doctor, but the management is terrible. I have been this place several times, but even though made appointment, i had to wait at least 40min. What is the point of making appointment?

Doctor Monaco was very knowledgable, caring, patient, and answered all of our questions. Would definitely go again for a second visit and recommend.
