My only problem with this office is that they NEVER answer their phone! Called multiple times but never got to reach them. I complained to them once and they said that I have to leave a msg if I want to speak to the receptionist. How can a dr's office not answer their phone? The only way to reach them is through email or just wait until they call you first.

Our first and only appointment with Dr. Grossmann went pretty well. He was quite attentive to our child. However, the communication from his office is terrible. We were unable to get a response and stopped trying after 4 attempts. They don't accept phone calls or voicemail. The only way to contact them is through a form on their website. We had no choice but to change doctors.

I don’t understand any of the negative reviews that people have written. I had very positive results from this kind dedicated doctor as well as his most professional staff.

One goes to a doctor for prognosis and treatment, if you don’t agree go somewhere else instead of bashing the highly educated and respected doctor.

He is exactly what his name is GROSS. Both me and my friend took our kids to see him regarding our children having ADHD and this doctor is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. He shows no genuine interest in your child, he just runs a test on them then is quick to enforce popping them any medication to fix it. Never explained anything and runs his office like a soda factory. I would never recommend him to anyone. His attitude is very condescending and rude. All he wants is money.

My childs old neurology MD would not treat my child when he desperately needed a new evaluation and medical support during the pandemic. I am grateful This Doctor gave me a fast appointment during this pandemic and prevented my child from a crisis situation. All new evaluations and medical exams are being done and medication to support his problems are prescribed. This doctor does tests
that support scientific conventional methods. This doctor expects patients to show up with appointments to receive prescriptions so he can see the childs progress or regression. Thankful
for Dr Grossman in my childs time of need-special needs mom

I can honestly say this Doctor is making a huge difference in my grandsons life already. My grandson had a very nice time at my home this Xmas eve, and we enjoyed his company.
After one email, the Doctor graciously gave him a early appointment and started the process to find out what he needs to feel better. All tests from a scientific
Medical perspective and evaluations are already in process for his brighter future. Great Doctor -Grampa Carrozza

My grandson is a new patient here and this doctor thoroughly examines with medical tests and evaluations and conventional medication. The first doctor who cared to order a test to see if the medication he is on affected his heart through the years, he also speaks to the adults seperate
From your child if needed. My daughter is traveling here and it’s worth it!
Thank you Doctor Grossman for taking in for my grandson on such fast notice during a pandemic with exceptional medical care. -Maureen Carrozza

I would like to first start off saying that this place SEEMS to offer wonderful opportunities and help for those in need. However, the staff member that I spoke with was disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. This Abigail woman was distasteful and degrading. I sent in an application to hopefully work here and I got a call back and thought this is great a new opportunity.
I do not have experience in this field however, from the description they wrote on Indeed it encouraged all to apply. She had the most attitude asking me “why would you even apply if you have literally no experience “ gave her my reply of wanting to branch out and try something new. Phone call went on and towards the end she decided it was appropriate to say “ Now You Be A Good Little Girl And Call Like A Professional If You Cancel” how in her right mind is that okay to say to someone. This phone call just made me upset and the thought of working in an environment like that I wish it on no one. I truly hope they treat the patients they receive with a lot more respect!

Dr. Grossman spent a only few minutes with my 12 month old, and firmly decided he needs an MRI with IV sedation and EEG. I will not subject my son to these tests because I don’t feel they are necessary. I see my son learning and doing something new everyday and I see him getting physically stronger every day too. According to American Academy of Pediatrics, it is normal for a child to say 1-3 words at 12 months old and it is perfectly fine to not be walking yet. As a mom of three and as a medical professional, I would not recommend taking a child to see this physician.

Dr Grossmann is very rude to my wife and women in general, he doesnt care what they have to say or let them speak. Today makes the 4th attempt to email him cause he does not respond to any calls. Last month he sent the wrong prescription to my pharmacist for my daughter. After about 4 days and many calls and emails later he finally sent the correct one. My pharmacist had to call him and correct him on what he was doing wrong. This month it's been over a week and she dosen't have her meds still. He keeps sending the wrong prescription and he is still very difficult to get a hold of. We are done! Just a horrible human being to work with. Find a different career cause you dont seem to care about people.

Great DR. Very knowledgeable, to the point quality. Has been helping my son for years, now a grown teenager. My son is in the spectrum ASD.

Take my Advise Please DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THIS Doctor. He has no idea how to administer medical to an Autistic Child! He is impatient, aggressive and lack knowledge. Instead take your child to Nassau Community Hospital. The Doctors are well trained how to deal with Autism! They are more patient and understanding unlike R. Grossman. Believe me he has no idea what he's doing. There are instances where he has called the Police to remove patients! Yes children with Autism! This guy is not trained to deal with autism. He lack the skills. Please please take your child to Nassau Community Hospital. You will be wasting your time going to R. Grossman. Please don't go there!

I took my 6 months old daughter to be assessed for torticollis. I couldn't get a word in and then he was offended when I asked questions. He closed his eyes most of the time while he was talking to me. And I saw him talk rudely to a staff member. He diagnosed my daughter with torticollis. After the first visit I called the office 8 times and no one answered the phone. It's very difficult to speak to someone in the office. It's a private office but you feel like you are in a public hospital in a third world country. I won't be going back there at all. It's very disappointing.
