3This is a very poorly run office. The staff couldn’t care less about professionalism and respect for the patients.
The office is nice and clean, clean building. The wait time is ridiculous. Secondly some of the staff particularly one lady is very rude and tries to berate you on the phone when asking questions. Thirdly you leave a message to Dr.never calls back. Fourth I have New York City insurance for city workers they stop taking that insurance. Secondly, he prescribes medicines that other doctors tell you not to take because of Kidney problems she actually told me to double up on that medicine very old-fashioned and stuck in his ways type of doctor not willing to prescribe new medication‘s at all goals for four or five visits and say I might prescribe that next time feels like he’s just running up insurance on me.after he stopped taking my insurance, I found a new doctor down the road at NYU. Langone and my A1c went down within two months after being the same level with Dr. Sahai for two years. This doctor prescribe different medication for me and everything has been wonderful.
