Dr. Sapna Shah, New Hyde Park NY

I used to go to different doctor before. I had recently changed my PCP to this doctor. Dr Shah seems to be very thorough with her patients. She took her time assessing my situation and recommended next steps for prevention. I am very happy with her care and overall practice.

I was unable to find any dr.for my Mom.i was calling each and every dr.in my area. I got call from Dr Shah's office with in an hour and they set up the appt.to see my mother. I am very happy that i found her. Dr. Shah and her staff is very caring. Dr.shah called back and explained everything over the phone how my mom's test results were and what's the next we have to do. I am very impressed with her services. Her staff is very caring too specially the guy at front desk, i think his name is Mr.shah too not sure. I just met Dr. Sapna Shah last month. My experience in my first and as a second visit was the same attention. Dr. Shah gave me the time to explain what is going on with my health, and she was really there, listened to me. She is a Sunshine doctor who are kind, lovely. The best Physician that I met. Her crew in the office is very helpful and kind. Dr. Shah is one one of the very few doctor who treat patients as a Body, Mind and Soul.

Dr. Shah is very nice. I was seen very quickly- she answered any concerns I had & gave all the proper testing in a timely manner. You can also get the flu shot here. I will be returning to her office in the future.

I have been seeing this doctor for about 3 years now, she is amazing. I never had an issue, until now. The staff she has now are rude and if you need an emergency appointment they do not care. One of the staffs is named Kamara, she tries to be nice but she does not care. When I told her that my surgeon needed my results 2 weeks before surgery, all she said was I know when they need it and whatever. Meanwhile, every surgeon is different. Every time I call to schedule an appointment to see the doctor, I have an issue. I had to change my Primary Care physician because I can’t be dealing with them. I swear every time they have an attitude and they talk to you like they just don’t care. I wish this doctor goodluck, because she is a great doctor but her staff is the worst!

Best doctor i have been to so far. She is very friendly listening to her patients. Very honest staffs are very nice, clean office. Always easy to reach. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Shah is in my book a excellent Doctor. Very caring and is not in the business to make money off you. Very honest! I switch my Doctor of 18 yrs for her. Thank you Dr. Shah!
