Dr Stein Dental Group, Queens NY

My experience at the office was amazing, everyone is so kind and polite. I had several extractions today and I must say I am terrified of needles, I was very nervous and Dr stein was so gentle with the knervikane and extractions that I didn’t even notice he was done.

Came to my scheduled appointment 20 minutes early, after just speaking to Maria over the phone over the phone. But when I got there she told me that she booked someone else and that I would have to reschedule. I’d been there once or twice before, but this was my first time having that kind of interaction at this office. I’ve heard many complaints in the past but didn’t believe it. I’m not sure if I’ll reschedule or if I’ll go to the place across the street. I’ve heard nothing but great things about them and they have parking.

Dr. Stein's Dental Group was very professional and caring with regards to my dental issues. The examination was very good and explained what I needed and to wait for approval from my health plan. I am glad I chose them.

Dr. Steins office staff is excellent I refer everyone I know to them! I'm literally terrified of the dentist and I've never felt so at ease with them!

I was greeted by Maria, who couldn’t have been more pleasant. The paperwork was easy and minimal. All of the staff and clinicians with whom I had contact were courteous, warm and professional. The care was excellent and I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing dental care.

Dr stein is so great with kids and adults! Patient and knowledgeable! Definitely five stars!

From the Front Desk to Dr P with my implants and Dr Stein with all the other stuff I’m getting done to the always cheerful assistants I don’t think I could ever go to another dentist again. 5 stars is the Review only cause I CANT GIVE IT MORE… Extremely Happy.
