Dr. Steven M. Riess, Plainview NY

Had lower back pain for over 2 weeks. I waited to see if it would go away on its own. It didn’t so I made an appointment. Dr. Reiss is all about recovery and is not looking to keep patients coming back unnecessarily. Honest chiropractor with excellent bed side manners. On top of all that the work he did was incredible. I honestly left after my first visit feeling like a new person. I had an alignment that needed straightening. I realize different situations have different time frames but I have to give Steven the highest grade. Also took my insurance and credit card which seems very rare in this business.

4 orthopedic specialists with x rays and mri's, could not diagnose or treat me. 2 advised my condition would heal itself over time. It did not. Something was wrong and I knew it. Within 3 minutes of my consultation, Dr. Reiss determined that my pelvis was completely misaligned. He re aligned my pelvis within a very short time and the relief was immediate. Dr. Reiss is gifted, knowlegeable, experienced, supporting, positive and uplifting. He can and will help you.

I have had serious back and leg issues which suggested surgery wouldn't fix. Dr Steve is amazing.

A phenomenal and soothing individual who genuinely cares about you.
I have been going to him now for various issues- and each time I have received treatment.i have walked out of his office feeling so so much better.
Just recently, I have been told I have a medical issue that has nothing to do with the back or the neck.
Dr Reiss not only diagnosed the problem two weeks before the diagnostic but reassured me I would be ok.
My stress and anxiety were over the top as I am facing having general anesthesia for the first time in my 62 years. I went to him crying and shaking.
Walked out without any fears or worries.

As a “senior” the aches and pains are so very inconsistent. Add a day of bowling or a rear end car accident and OUCH. HOWEVER, having the expertise, humor, intuition and friendliness of Dr Riess plus the ease of scheduling an appointment and light shines at the end of the aging tunnel. There are not enough positive words to describe what he has done for the quality of my life. I recommend him to everyone. For whatever your body (old or young) needs.

2 weeks prior to my wedding I was having bouts of dizziness and lightheadedness. I was freaking out and went to multiple doctors to find an answer for these horrible symptoms I was having. After seeing Dr. Riess, he diagnosed what the issue was after one visit and addressed it within the 2 weeks of my wedding. Safe to say I felt GREAT on my wedding day!
