Reception women who speak English, she is very rude.
The woman who answers the phone at the reception is really rude. The doctor is very nice, but I really hate going because of the receptionist who speaks English. Do you answer the phone like that

The Korean receptionist is very understanding and nice, but the waiting times are pretty long
