The worst service I ever had.
Firstly…. It took 4 day to call me back when I left voicemail.
Secondary… no-one reminded the date of appointment and no-one told me about requirements about wearing mask in doctors office.
Thirdly…. It’s impossible to contact doctor.
When I came by my appointment time, her assistant told me that I have to wear mask if I wanna see the doctor, at the meantime both assistant’s mask was on their neck.
So I agree it could be their police. But they should aware me before appointment. When I said I don’t have mask, so should I leave? One of them yes and another one offered me to go to the store and buy one. So I said I don’t want because I had heavy bags with me. So I left. I was so disappointed. And tried to contact doctor several times to let her know about this situation, but every time I was ignored by her assistants.

Doctor Grosman is one of the best and most caring doctor. She pays attention to every detail. Highly recommend. Thank you Doctor!

This "Dr" will cheat you with copayment, especially for Medicare. Extremely greedy for money. High speed money-making conveyor, no personal attention. Always overcrowded. Long wait time even there's not too many people in the office (if one can even call it "the office"). The staff is rude and unprofessional.

Dr. Grosman was my grandmothers PCP for over 20 years. She went thru great lengths to ensure her health and well being. Overall a great doctor who cares about her patients and overall health. Highly recommended!

Dr. Grosman gave me a lot of personal care and attention during this difficult time. Her office is always busy because people want to go to her. She’s in high demand. Her staff is quick and to the point. I appreciate everything she has done for me and my family.

Dr. Grosman is one of the best doctors. She is very knowledgeable and the most important caring. She was my parents doctor for a long time. She always answer the phone in case of emergency. Visited my parents at their home after visiting hours. Always follow up with the treatment progress. She is great doctor and amazing person. Highly recommended.

Dr Grosman is always attentive and patient to explain everything. Multiple people in my family go to Dr Grosman and we are thankful to have her as a doctor.

Don't come here. Personnel is rude and unprofessional. They can't even print out simple medical form. They made for me an appointment for 4pm. It is 4.30pm but still I can't see the doctor because they let "their own" people first who come after me. But when I called to ask for services and said that I'll pay cash they were so urgent to see me and get the money without line and without waiting. After you pay they take their sweet time and treat you disrespectfully.

Had to get a physical check up,
Made 3 appointments, all 3 were canceled VERY last minute, I would get a call from her receptionist and she would just day “sorry, the doctor is too busy, request a new day”

Dr. Grosman was my mother's doctor for over 20 years. Throughout all of those years, Dr. Grosman was always available to answer questions, see my mother for an appointment, provide emotional support during difficult times, and deliver excellent treatment. Dr. Grosman is an excellent physician. She was able to identify an underlying health issue experienced by my mother, following a surgical procedure. Other doctors that my mother went to did not know what was wrong, but Dr. Grosman identified and treated the problem. I highly recommend Dr. Grosman for her expertise, kindness, and prompt service. Thank you, Dr. Grosman!

The office “Advanced Family Medical Care“ was changing the addresses but its owner Dr. S Grosman is always your doctor, your friend and your hope to get better, to get diagnosed, to get recovered. She is my doctor since I came to this country and when I am visiting her office I feel myself as I am home among my very close and thoughtful people – my family. Thank you Dr. Grosman from the bottom of my heart. Thank you Zhanna Narodnitskaya (the one and only nurse in the office - the great one!)

Dr. S Grosman is my primary physician for more than 15 years. Not only mine but for many of my relatives. We always find here a friendly reception, thoughtful attitude, attentive care, sympathy and help. The help that we all are looking for when coming to the doctor’s office, the help that Dr. Grosman provides selflessly, with all her heart, extensive skills and experience, the help that makes a difference when you are sick and your only hope is your doctor.
