Dr. Missios was referred to me by Dr. Mayerson at St. Catherine's and it proved to be a fantastic, successful referral! Dr. Missios spent a half hour explaining my medical condition to me and what needed to be done surgically. He even deferred to a skull base tumor surgeon Dr. Klironomos at South Shore University to lead the excision of my acoustic neuroma. On the day of my 12 hour surgery, Dr. Missios assisted Dr. Klironomos and was there in the OR with me. He is such an empathetic and intelligent doctor and competent surgeon. Highly recommend!
