Dr. Tatiana Korol, DDS, Brooklyn NY

Good day everyone! I visited the clinic for the first time on recommendation, and I am terribly dissatisfied with the service of all the doctors!

I made an appointment and warned them that I would be late, and asked if I could come in late and be seen, to which they replied yes, of course! I arrived about 12-14 minutes late and ended up waiting for about 40-47 minutes before being seen. When I was finally called, I was led into the room and a doctor came in, not even introducing herself! She asked me to tell her about my complaint, but she interrupted me and asked me to speak faster because she didn't have much time. I started speaking even faster, and she asked me to speak even faster. Eventually, she said to me, "Well, while you were taking so long to speak, I was called to see another patient! " I looked at the time and realized that I had not even talked to her for 2 minutes ‍ She stormed out of the room in a huff, and about 5-6 minutes later another male doctor came in and didn't even introduce himself! He said he would be seeing me and asked me to explain the reason for my visit. I started to explain, but he immediately started taking X-rays of my teeth without letting me finish. I asked him, "Are you my doctor? " and he replied, "Yes, I will be seeing you. " After he finished taking the X-rays, he just left and another doctor, Tatiana Korol, came over to me. She introduced herself, if my memory serves me correctly, because I was in such shock and amazement at their attitude towards patients. Tatiana came over to me twice, asked me about my complaints twice, and left without even listening to me. The doctors in the clinic were gossiping with each other and laughing. Then Tatiana came over to me again, this time she sat down, and I realized that she would finally start taking me seriously! I started telling her about why I came to see them, but she interrupted me and didn't even listen to me, and began telling me what I needed to do. She claimed that I had veneers, which I didn't, and when I told her I didn't have veneers, she still insisted that I did! Then, I told her that I had recently had a cleaning, but she still insisted that I needed to schedule another cleaning and that I needed crowns. She told me that I would have to pay for all of this, and she quoted me a sum of money. After she finished speaking, she didn't even let me finish, she just kicked me out of the room. In the end, I realized that no one was listening to me or understanding me, so I gave up and just stayed silent. There was another incident in the room where Tatiana took my phone out of my hands and threw it on the table without asking for permission. I'm in a state of shock from the service. It seems that the clinic is only interested in quantity, and purely for profit

Came to get root canal done. Dr Korol is great, she knew exactly what needed to be done. The place is very clean and the staff is very professional. I was impressed and I recommend anyone to definitely check it out, they accept many insurances as well

I have been a patient of Dr. Korol for some time now. I have always had the best experiences with her and the entire Staff. Not only is everyone personable and friendly, but they do a thorough job in every aspect of your visit. Cleanings and procedures are done professionally and efficiently; they display on the computer the x-rays and photos of your teeth, clearly explain the procedures needed, and show you print out of the cost and treatment plans before doing any work. I am so happy that I have such a caring and talented Dentist!

Dr. Korol is truly a phenomenal dentist! I have been going to her for over 10 years and never had any complaints. She’s kind, caring, and honest. She’s very knowledgeable and always willing to help and offer all available options, not just the ones that would bring in money. She has done a thorough job with any dental needs regardless of complexity. Just earlier in the week, her dental hygienist was backed so she jumped in and started helping patients right away. I’ve always been nervous of going to the dentist but now I feel comfortable going to Dr. Korol!

Dr. Korol did an amazing job fixing up my tooth! I came in with tooth decay and by the end of the procedure, you can't even tell which tooth was operated on. Everything went smoothly, I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Highly recommend!

I was terrified to get dental surgery for the first time and everyone at Dr. Korol’s Dental office was incredibly supportive and patient through the whole experience. Dr Korol did a wonderful job and the procedure was as painless as possible. She explained everything that was going on at every step of the way which made me feel more comfortable. I was helped by Doctor at follow-ups after the surgery- she was very knowledgeable and did fantastic work. Now my smile is perfect again, thanks to the team at Dr Korol’s dental office - not only wonderful work, but also wonderful people)

I was surprised about what people write here. I have searched for dentistry and rarely read reviews because they are often bought by both good and bad reviews. That's why I just went to the nearest dentist. I called them to make an appointment, but it turned out that it was impossible to make an appointment for the next few days, because all the next days are busy. (On the one hand, I should not be satisfied, but on the other hand, if so many people go to them, then a good dentist.) I went in and saw a line of people who were by appointment. While I was sitting near the reception and waiting for my turn, I saw that people were constantly coming. It was not such that there were few people near the reception. The girls at the reception are beautiful and very pleasant. In general, I went when they called me. They cleaned me up and x-rayed me. Sent information to my insurance company. After I came for the second time and they began to treat my teeth, I was pleasantly surprised and my guesses were confirmed. The doctor was really great. No wonder people repeatedly and more than once go to Dr. Korol. Thank you again, I will definitely come again!

Dr Korol was extremely nice and helpful! I had very good experience, highly recommend. Have never had a quicker root canal procedure. Dr Korol is very professional!

Me and my family knowing DDS Tatiana Korol for 30 years. I several times tried to visit some other doctors, because my family moved to another neighborhoods and all the time coming back to Dr. Korol, because she is the good heand dentist. I know that some people complain about wanting time but it worth fo the job she does.

My whole family and I have been a patients of Dr. Tatiana Korol for many years. She is very experienced doctor, she is very friendly and loving person. She always gives a good advice how to keep your teeth healthy. All my family loves to visit her office. Everyone is very friendly there. I strongly recommend to visit our doctor!

Painful routine cleaning that lead to cut on side of mouth, open gum pockets, exposed roots and loose teeth. Dr. Korol denied incident, false diagnosis of gum disease, will not provide sadist dental hygienist name, will not provide full medical record & mailed paper format X-Ray with fraud date of service. Now I suffer from long term Hypersensitive teeth & gums. I never had these ailments prior to this visit. The 2nd opinion Perio measured exposed roots that have not existed before. He stated I do not have gum disease and deep cleaning is not necessary. The sadist male dental hygienist works on Friday at 5pm. Beware of Dr. Korol, she will deny & gaslight. This office has no integrity & will create long term teeth/gum issues with any healthy individual. Please trust all the negative reviews of Dr. Korol. The recent list of 4 star reviews is all made at the same time within minutes apart by Dr. Korol herself & her staff. She is unethical & a horrible dentist! The dentist hygienist without a name will cause unnecessary long term gum pain, damage teeth enamel and will cut your mouth.

Dental hygienist sanded and cut the side opening of my mouth with the electric polish spinner tool. The spinner had grated polish product that made the cut deeper. It took of a slice of my skin. When I close my mouth you can see the slice of skin missing on the corner. During the cleaning he used the pulsing cleaning drill to run it on my gums and the roof of my mouth and in the center of my teeth instead of between it. My gums and roof of my mouth is inflamed. The enamel of my teeth is sensitive now. I told the Dr. Korol I am bleeding and a slice of skin is removed from the electric polish spinner tool. Dr. Korol put ointment and numbing agent in my mouth/lips and told me there is nothing wrong. I am traumatized from this experience. I left the office trembling.
