Dr. Xiaoyan Song M.D., Flushing NY

Do not come here. First time coming here and the experience was terrible. This is the worst doctor’s office I have ever been to. The doctors and one of the nurses were very nice and I have no complaints there, but the front desk and some of the nurses were insanely rude and have no manners. There was not a single ounce of professionalism. They treat you like you’re stupid. They have zero patience and are always annoyed and screaming at patients. They don’t answer questions nicely, instead they just yell at you and act all high and mighty. Whenever they mess up due to their own incompetence, they shift the blame to you and then give you attitude for it. This place clearly just hires anyone and has zero standards. You would think that having basic manners and the ability to properly communicate with patients would be a bare minimum requirement. They take advantage of the fact that most of their patients don’t speak fluent English and won’t speak up about it.

Even if you make an appointment, you still have to wait for an hour, and the doctor who made the appointment is on vacation today. Someone changed me to a random doctor without notifying me! It took me almost two hours to read one report! I really don’t recommend it, and I accepted patients who were beyond my ability! The doctor also seemed very perfunctory! It's really getting worse

The doctors are pretty nice and i like that they’re open on saturdays and sundays.but the rooms don’t have sinks or soap dispensers to wash your hands… and the bathroom is always so nasty and reeks of urine.better maintenance needed.and also put freakin sinks in the rooms! Das nasty.how is a doctors office not gonna have sinks in every room

It feels a bit weird. The doctors here are becoming less and less like doctors. In the past, the nurses in the injection room should have given the vaccinations, but this time it was the doctors who gave the injections themselves. In short, it felt like something was wrong.

I don't recommend this place at all. The service is super bad, the receptionists are not friendly and you book an appointment and later they tell you that you don't have one.

I lived in flushing for 31 years and this was the best doctor office visit for the first time in my life. Everything was perfect.
Not too much wait time. Doctor song was really above and beyond. I saw 2 doctors and I was able to explain every concerns that I had because they were listening, I mean reallly. They are nothing like average doctor's office that things like long wait time, short amount of time with doctor, not satified after visit and so on.
I am totally satified of today's visit.

Dr Song is a great PCP, she is not merely a PCP to us but she more like family doctor to us. She gives a patience hearing to her patients and gives necessary referrals if needed. Her rich experience does play an important role in deciding line of treatment. Her office is clean and hygienic. She has got personal touch with her patients. Waiting period is not much.

It's the first time I went, but I won't go again in the future. I feel that they are too busy and have more energy than energy. The experience is very bad.

Dr. Song Xiaoyan: The service is patient, warm and thoughtful. Noble medical ethics, professional and shrewd. She is a very good general practitioner. We are honored to have chosen her and we are deeply honored. I wish Dr. Song a prosperous career. Always shine! Again we thank you!

She is the best doctor I’ve ever had and always takes care of me and supports me however possible. I recommend her to anyone!

I have to say first off I usually love seeing Dr. Song and NP Tseng. They are my go to healthcare providers. However I cannot say the same to this new doctor in the practice Dr. Tu. I came on a day where Dr. Song wasn't available and neither was NP Tseng so I was forced to see Dr. Tu. She was very dismissive about my health conditions and had horrible bed side manner. When asked to explain why or if there were any side effects to certain medication she disregarded my questions and concerns. When I handed her a medication that I usually take that I needed a refill of she tossed it to the side after she was done with it instead of handing it back to me. The exam also felt very rushed like I wasn't worth her time. Overall horrible experience and I have been frequenting Dr. Song's office since her old location.

I been with her for a couple of years now she is very good one of the best doctor's and very fast pace and professional. I recommend them

I’m so disappointed this office isn’t as good as before. Do they really care about patients? All the things are about business. If they can’t bill the money from insurance company they won’t care you. All the ways they will give you medication that you don’t need. The front desk hanging me online 10mins. Awful.
