Dr. Ivanov and his staff have been wonderful! I’ve felt truly taken care of as a patient, and am always able to reach someone if I need. I feel lucky to have found Dr. Ivanov! He is professional, very knowledgeable, and kind. He listens to what’s happening and never discounts what I say or feel. I highly recommend!

Dr. Zlatin is FABULOUS. His lvl of care. 100/10! He was instrumental in me being able to stay on meds by helping me find the best depression treatment. He knew just what to do and handled everything beautifully. Online visits make the process much swifter too.

Finding out I got depression was even more depressing, but relieving at the same time. Dr. Ivanov I met on the Online Psychiatrists platform was very caring and supportive and both online appointments and medication allow me to feel much better. Literally I was excited to see Dr. Zlatin. But I never got to see him here is why:
August 8,2023 @ 11 am I made an appointment online for 4 pm August 8. I get a phone call at 2: 30 pm from a receptionist who had to fill out an intake form. The phone call concluded within 5 minutes, great cool. Right before we hang up she says "We will call you in 30 minutes to confirm the doctor can help you. " Sounds good so far.
3: 00pm comes by, nothing
I call once every 10 minutes till 4
4: 00pm comes by, nothing
I call 2 more times
4: 30pm I get a phone call, "Yes the doctor can help you. Can you make an appointment for 9? " I ask what happened to our 4 oclock appointment my answer was "I was on lunch".
I say OK to 9: 00pm for an appointment - suspicious that a doctor is open that late to begin with but OK I'll take it. I am in desperate need of my medication. At 6 I get a email with an invoice. I call up, nothing. Same thing, I called once every 10 minutes for almost 3 hours. Nothing. (See my gut was right. I did not pay the invoice for a reason, my gut told me that I was going to not see a doctor at 9). At 8: 55 I get a phone call, "Yes I am returning your call. " I ask what happened for the last 3 hours "I just got in. You did not pay your invoice. " I said I was aware and i felt that this place was very unprofessional. I simply asked if I pay the invoice do I have an appointment? The answer was "sir I can not answer that. "
WHAT? She just kept repeating that I did not pay the invoice. I asked the same question about 30 times, all I heard was sir I can not answer.
SCAM ARTISTS! FOR SURE! NOT A DOUBT IN MY MIND!

Worst Dr I've spoken to. Only here to take your money. He treats Me for an eating disorder and anxiety has done nothing since I've been talking to him in fact every time I have a consultation he is late and makes my condition even worst. The fact I need to have an appointment gives me anxiety.

I have been seeking a competent clinician for over a year now and can gladly say my search has ended with Dr. Ivanov. Not only does he have decades of experience I can see his knowledge regarding neurology is very thorough. He was quickly able to relate to me on a personal level, and we settled on a course of treatment upon consultation. In my life it has been rare to find such a compassionate and understanding doctor, he should stand as a model to others in his vocation. I cannot recommend him enough, do not hesitate in seeking treatment with him.
