Dragon Sushi, New York NY

The boba always taste watery and when you ask for more powder the lady likes to be extremely rude even when I’m willing to pay more Powder 0/10 would not recommend.

Disgusting.
Rude staff. Chiefs smoked cigarettes and start to make a food not even washing a hands.
This place gotta be closed!

The food was not very good and the customer service from the lady in the front was terrible.

Was craving sushi and decided to order this too my home. Everything from the Sushi to the Shumai was amazing and tasted fresh. The special is only $15 and comes with miso soup. This is probably one of the best sushi spots in the area, you won't go wrong with any option.

I’m not very adventurous, but I always like to get their black ninja roll, ninja roll, dragon roll, and bubble tea. I haven’t ordered a ramen noodle yet. I order mid-day for very fast delivery (it came in 25 minutes today).

Honestly not the best sushi i’ve had. Customer service was not great…Tried to change my order immediately after submitting it and they told me they couldn’t cancel it, so ended up paying extra for mediocre sushi. Would not recommend coming here. There are better options in the area.

I’ve ordered here a couple of times now and the food is consistently delivered super fast and delicious enough. The fish isn’t the most TOP QUALITY or fresh directly from the ocean but if you’re expecting that paying $15 for 3 rolls you’re out of your mind. I’m always happy to order from here expecting some quick and simple sushi. Thank you Dragon Sushi!

Food is decent horrible customer service this one lady on the phone just yells at you when your trying to order.

I love their sashimi deluxe. All the fish are flavorful (I don’t eat tuna often so I might not have fair evaluations of it, but the other fish are very good!)

Go to sushi spot for a fresh blast of delicious pescado! They gots good soy and wasabi. I recommend the dragon roll!

Terrible sushi.ordered on uber 3 rolls.including tempura asparagus wich was raw, hard and not edible.so disappointing

Nicole and dime you for everything. I asked for no avacado and substitute with cucumber. Avacado cost more money, yet I was still charge $1. Money isn't the issue. That's just grimy to nickel and dime customers for something so minor. Last time going there.

Worst customer service ever. I was sent the wrong order & I called, the lady who picked up the phone wouldn't allow me to speak. I will never order again. The customer service is so bad. Save your time and money and order from a place that has customer service and respect for it's patron.

I ordered here 3 times and I’m always missing something or there’s a “mistake” with my order. Now I no longer think it’s a mistake it’s definitely on purpose!

Worst experience I’ve had with a Japanese restaurant in NYC. They sent the completely wrong order & when I called them (in a very non-Karen, polite way) to let them know, they flipped out at me telling me it was my fault for selecting the wrong option? I double checked to make sure I ordered correctly, and I did. Won’t be ordering from there / eating there again. Such a bummer

The food was terrible and the service was even worse. The woman taking orders was very rude as if it irritated her to have customers. In a neighborhood with increasingly more options, there is no reason to go here.
