Dragonetti Brothers Landscaping, Brooklyn NY

One of their employees scammed me out of a lot of money. The company denies this happened even though I have emails showing what happened. Now they are threatening legal against me because I won't pay them again. The crew who did the landscaping work were fine. The salesman and the administrative staff are horrible people.

This is my third times we call Dragonetti Brothers the first one they design my garden absolutely beautiful and my second time we call them to add some cherry blossom tree to our garden until now my tree is the most beautiful tree on my neighbourhood This company does Phenomenal job this year we removed 10 huge tree with long branches allover my house they took them 3 hours to removed all of it and kept everything absolutely clean the way they handle everything is very professional the workers were extremely caution and safety from the beginning to the end and all the workers each one of the them are very respectful and friendly. The Owner Antony & Nick there are the coolest people I met they explain you with detail how the job is going to be done also there assistant Alexander she very professional with explain you and schedule the date and time.me and my family we very thank full for all the good work and we defently we will call you guys for our next project for our homes.

This is my go-to florist/nursery for quick shopping. Their service is impeccable. Even if you only have $20 for a bouquet, they'll hook you up with a bouquet that is worth $60 in beauty and arrangement. For the gardeners out there like me, I recommend this place as you'll reap great harvest. This place is amazing, the cashiers are kind and knowledgeable, and the gentlemen who create the flower arrangements are super helpful and nice. Go check it out!

We have a small property that backs on a huge, overgrown lot, and it's impossible to keep the growth out of our little yard. It has to be attended to constantly in the growing season and this summer, we just got caught up with other things and let it go. Instant jungle. Anthony's team cleared it in under two hours, for a damned reasonable price. Will certainly use again. Before and after pics.

Edit/Update: Almost immediately after posting this review, Ryan reached out to clarify that he did email me the estimate. He sent me a screenshot of the email. There must be an issue somewhere since I don't have that correspondence in my inbox, spam, trash etc. But I do appreciate the response to my concerns. 5 stars for Ryan's professionalism; thank you!

(original review) We reached out to Dragonetti Brothers for a retaining wall project in our back yard. The rep (Ryan I believe was his name) arrived right on time, and we discussed the scale of the project and different options. I was told I would get an estimate emailed to me early the next week. The time passed, and after not receiving anything, I called to check on the estimate, and left a message with the secretary. She said she would relay the message to the rep. Another week has gone by, with no communication from them. I find that to be unprofessional and disappointing. I would hate to start work with them and have this level of unresponsiveness should any issues arise.

I waited 5days for our appointment, which seemed long. Ryan came out to view the project and said he would send via email the estimate and sketch within the next 10 days, This company never followed through. I called them after two weeks and was told they would have the estimate in another 3 days. It has been another two weeks and nothing. What a waste of time. I do not believe that I was the correct gender or of the preferred ethnicity to become their client. Outrageous.

Dragonetti worked on the landscaping of my rear yard by removing a tree, planting trees/plants, tree pruning and various other landscaping services. They were responsive to my concerns, on time, very professional and provided quality service. I plan to utilize there services again in the near future.

Love the flowers and arrangements. Called on Palm Sunday for palms, and they were sold out by 2pm. Otherwise, they do well.

Excellent. Showed up on time, worked in a very difficult space, did more work than was expected and were fast, friendly, and efficient. Will absolutely do business with again.
