Stylists are very professional and talented. Rest of staff is also very nice and all that at a reasonable Manhattan price.

Showed up as a walk-in for a wash and cut and was seen quickly. Asked for a trim and left the salon with half of my hair, gone. Blow dry was not included but I didn’t expect to walk out with water dripping down my back. You get what you pay for I guess.

Been there twice but will not visit there ever again. At the first visit, the service was ok at least they dried my hair after wash, but with the second visiting it was dramatically awful. It took less than 6 minutes to wash my hair and trim, but the designer did not dry my hair, and even didn’t brush my hair off from my face or neck then walked away. The worst experience I could feel with spending my money for the service

Love this place! Everyone is so nice and the prices are very fair. Marcello is an incredible stylist! You may have seen his work in a magazine or a movie and didn’t even realize! Love him!

Loooove the salon experience. Went in here and got my hair done by Spice, she is excellent! My sister and my mother got their hair done by Aztec and he is great as well! Both very nice and super professional.

It's a bit of a hit and miss. I used to like Brooklyn and received amazing service from Pearl in 2020, but both don't seem to work there anymore. Then I had two poor services from Spice, once when she was at the other branch and then more recently.

Honestly, 72nd st.is best Dramatics location in New York and Brite is AMAZING. I’m a hair model so I’m very careful with who handles/cuts my hair, and every time I’ve been to her I walk out over the moon with the results. Boyfriend made appointment to the wrong location by accident. They were kind and accommodating to him and got us in and out at the same time. COVID-19 precautions are in effect, temp checks at the door and the space is super clean.highly recommend!

Pearl is amazing! She spends time making sure your color is exactly what you want, offers suggestions and gives a fantastic haircut and blow out. I also love the products she suggests and have been using them at home. She has texted me several times to follow up and make sure I am happy with everything. Super high quality and I would highly recommend her!
