I came in for a cut and color with Omega and he did such an amazing job! I had never had color before and wasn’t sure about the process however Omega was able to achieve exactly the results I was looking for. Amazing results and hospitality, would recommend!

I have been here twice since moving to the city and both times have been a wonderful experience! Omega is not only great at cutting hair, but he listens to what I want and always adds extra details that make the haircut even better than I could have imagined. He's also extremely nice and a pleasure to talk to. I definitely recommend getting your hair done here.

Got my haircut with Omega today! I loved my cut and style and had fun chatting as well. My boyfriend went to Diesel and also left very happy. 5 stars all around:)

Amazing amazing amazing! I called in at the last minute on a Saturday and they were able to accomodate me. I had some color that needed to be fixed and Omega did such an amazing job! So so happy will definitely be back.

Flew in for a special event, however I was not able to have my hair done prior to leaving home. I was referred to Omega at Dramatics NYC 3rd Ave. Had my hair done one word FANTASTIC!

He was awesome and a great hair stylist. Had my hair colored/cut/semi perm. He was very attentive to detail as he cared for my hair. One did not feel as if he was rushing to get to the client but was focused on doing a great job for his present client. So if you need a hairstylist Omega (Love that name) at Dramatics NYC is highly recommended by me.

This studio was promising based on the reviews left my others, but I had one of the worst hair experiences of my life here. I asked for a simple trim to my medium length blunt haircut. Every single person in the salon bullied me into getting layers, promising me I would look fantastic. My stylist was persistent and a little hostile about layers looking good on my face shape. I agreed hesitantly, but ultimately put my trust in them because every review i saw had good results. My stylist was extremely distracted throughout my appointment because she was expecting a call. She kept stopping to check her phone and left me alone partway through the appointment for 15 minutes. She did ask another person on the team to assist me in the meantime with a blowout, but the second person also had an attitude problem and didn’t blow out my hair correctly. The layers were cut extremely choppy with little to no regard for my strong straight hair texture. It looks like I have steps in my hair and the layers are uneven. She gave me a ‘complimentary styling’ but i now can see she was just hiding her mistakes with the curls. It will take me over a year to grow out these layers back to the length i wanted all over in the first place. Although I never asked them to fix it, I am never going to return. I don’t trust anyone on this team to give me a quality haircut.

I just wanted to take a minute to express my gratitude to the best stylist ever. THANK YOU, OMEGA! Omega makes me feel like I’m ready to hit the runway in NYC fashion week every time he does my hair. He always gets my color and cut on point. Not to mention I’ve never had anyone dry and style my hair the way he does with minimal product and heat. It’s like magic. He’s magic! I always look forward to my time in his chair. He is the vibe!

Took my nephew there for a haircut Jade started 15 minutes late, ruined his haircut, stopped twice to speak to the next customer who interrupted to discuss her daughters her hair. She didn’t even wipe him off after the cut just walked away. I called office to complain and received a call back where the woman relayed that jade said my nephew had difficult hair and dandruff. My nephew has very typical hair and in 15 years had never had a bad haircut experience and I’m not sure what dandruff has to do with being able to give a basic cut. And be warned if you walk in haircut is 38 but if you call in first the charge is 60.

I’ve been coming to Dramatics for years. Caramel is my hair stylist and knows how to turn my… rather unkempt hair into something beautiful and “civilized”.

Happy with my haircut but not with the overall experience. Hairdresser was running behind so offered me a 10 min conditioner treatment, which I thought was nice. 45 minutes later, my hairdresser began working on the next client’s hair before starting my cut. I was asked if I wanted a flat iron so I said sure, then was told after that usually they would charge but they won’t because of the wait. I think a discount on my cut would have been a nicer offer! Definitely overpriced, $70 for a trim. I won’t be going back.

Today I saw Omega & he was so amazing! I showed a few photos of past hair cuts I liked & he was able to transform my drab & tired hair with a beautiful hairstyle. Everyone here is so helpful & kind, would highly recommend.

OMEGA just cut and colored my hair to perfection. He spent time listening to what I wanted and he made it all happen. He’s an amazing stylist!

I've been going to Dramatics since it first opened. I've gotten at least 150 haircuts and today was one of the best I've ever gotten. The stylist's name is omega and he is masterful.

I loved my hair when i walked out. Omega did a great job and recommended a mask that made my hair so much smoother and shiny. Loved my hair and love him!

PANDORA gave me the the haircut I wanted. She listened! She also warned me that cutting my hair as short as I wanted wouldn’t be the best option so I took her advice and I’m glad I did. I got a long layered bob and I’m so in love with my hair!

Been going here for almost 17 years, will probably keep going for another 20. Good basic salon, excellent service. Just find your favorite stylist. They're all a bit different.

Arrived here today, and to say that I am disappointed with my services is an understatement. My hair was to be dyed. I saw some color options and I went with the dark color, so my hair was to not be bleached. When Diesel proceeded to bleach my hair, I was beyond shocked. Neither did he ignore my wishes to not bleach my hair the color was nothing like what I wanted. This ended up being one of the worst experiences ever with more than $300 out of my pocket. None of the stylist followed instructions and were very occupied with talking instead of getting my hair done. To say the least, I will not be coming back here again.
