13Kris changed my life! 100% recommend to EVERYONE for personal training in Manhattan and Brooklyn. He will meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey. My goals were to lose weight and run a half marathon - in less than 6 months he helped me lose over 15lbs, gain muscle, and go from zero running to finishing the BK half! Although we met for strength and conditioning training, he was always checking in about diet, helping me plan my runs, and keeping me accountable (he goes above and beyond). Great energy, always made me feel comfortable and kept me laughing and smiling. Thank you Kris!
I have been working out with Kris for over 6 months now, he is not only professional, knowledgeable and keeps me accountable but also a great guy! He listens to what I'm trying to achieve and comes up with a great plan to get there. I initially worked out with him once a week but now we are training 2-3x a week. Kris is the amazing. He is always prompt, consistently responsive, and brings the best energy to every single workout. He doesn't check out - he's there routing for you every minute of the session, and the workouts he puts together are thoughtful and dynamic - often training multiple muscle groups at once. Kris is truly invested in my success and growth. He makes sure to hold you accountable for achieving your goals every day in a positive way. He checks in, follows up with helpful tips on exercise, lifestyle, and nutrition, and adjusts workouts based on your needs and your body's response. If you’re looking for a trainer that not only makes working out informative, but fun as well then Kris is that trainer. Working with him not only gave me the knowledge, and confidence I needed to achieve my strength training goal, it also gave me the motivation to achieve other goals as well. Seeing as active and charismatic as he is reminded me that training does not only make us stronger, it also makes us a better person in general.

Kris is a phenomenal personal trainer. Through strength and conditioning, biomechanics and nutrition mechanics I not only lost the baby weight (my son is 9 years old lol) but got really toned. His classes are fun and challenging and can be done one on one or through his group classes. Kris taught me good form for strength training which was extremely important as I used to hurt my back every time I did heavy squats. Kris is very professional and will come up with a plan to help you get in shape. Always on time he is hyper focused on you and your progress. He takes into consideration everything from age to problems with hormones for pre and post menopausal issues.

The group even grew with additional members, seeing how much fun we were having. Kris always came with novel challenges and kept it fun. Get ready to seriously sweat!

He can help you reach any fitness goals that you may have whether it's weight loss, strength and conditioning, biomechanics, mobility, etc. Kris helped me with my weight training fundamentals and challenged me in a way that was tailored to my lifestyle and level of fitness.
