Dream Floor Sanding, Ronkonkoma NY

When we first met with John for an estimate he was very informative and answered any questions we had. He assured us that our wood floors would look brand new after he was done refinishing them. We went ahead and hired him to refinish our living room, dining room, and staircase. However we are extremely dissapointed with the end results. He was extremely careless with his work. He did not close off the work space to other areas in our home allowing the saw dust everywhere. He told us the floor polisher he had hooks up to the vacuum to lessen the dust but he did not attach the vacuum to the polisher! He also scratched our baseboard heat with his machines and left marks all over our freshly painted walls. Finally he failed to fill in many holes in the floor as well as did NOT refinish our top stair! When we contacted him to come by and take a look at the concerns we had, our phone calls and voicemails went unanswered. It is now 2 weeks later and he has not returned and our job is still unfinished. We would absolutely not use Dream Floor Sanding again and I would NOT recommend his services to anyone else!

Recently I needed my old hardwood floors refinished and repaired. I have them through out my connected living and dining room. They were a mess and I was terrified it couldn’t be taken care of or that I’d have to pay tons of money. I called Dream Floor for an estimate. The man who came over listened to my worries. At the end he assured me it could be done and to my surprise at a good price. We set up a day for the work to be done. I left them to it, they were very polite. They even helped me move a few boxes
I still had in my living room out of the way. The end result was gorgeous! I am beyond happy with this company. I never write reviews but I had to just for them. They saved my floors! I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family and I already have.
