I recently had an unfortunate experience with the company Drink-Meta, and I feel compelled to share my story to alert others about their questionable business practices. My initial interaction with them left me deeply dissatisfied, and I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution before engaging with this company.

When I first approached Drink-Meta to purchase a water dispenser, I was led to believe that it was a month-to-month agreement. To my dismay, I later discovered that there was a hidden five-year contract, something they conveniently failed to disclose. This lack of transparency was a significant red flag for me.

In an attempt to address our financial difficulties and close our business office, I reached out to Drink-Meta to discuss our predicament. Unfortunately, their response was far from empathetic. Instead of understanding our situation, they attempted to sell us a lower-cost dispenser and even tried to rent it to us for the remaining years of the contract. It became abundantly clear that their priority was extracting money from us rather than supporting their customers in difficult times.

What's even more concerning is that there are many customers who want to cancel, just like me, but have also fallen into the same trap of hidden long-term agreements. I am not the only one who has experienced this frustrating situation.

In summary, my experience with Drink-Meta has left me feeling taken advantage of and deceived. Their lack of transparency, willingness to exploit their customers' financial difficulties, and their attempt to push unwanted offers are unacceptable. I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this company to thoroughly read the terms and conditions, weigh your options carefully, and, most importantly, stay away from Drink-Meta. Trust me, you'll want to avoid the headache that comes with dealing with this company, and you won't be alone in your disappointment.

We are paying less for 2 locations than we were for one with Ready Refresh. And the price will NEVER increase! The transition from Ready Refresh was seamless - our rep at Drink Meta handled everything from scheduling pick up of our old cooler and water to canceling our account. No more monthly price increases, no more running out of water, no more bottles cluttering up the office space. There is no reason to not make the switch.
