I took my driving lessons with Jay and I was extremely impressed. Jay went above and beyond my expectations as he seamlessly blends conceptual lessons of the details of driving with practical advice and guidance. Beyond that, he's a pleasure to share the car with! He's extremely good-natured, making the whole experience an 11/10.

They do not care about their customers, all they care about is money. And that is not the way to go for a business.

As a new late-learning driver Drive Rite worked well for me. I especially liked Avery who stayed positive and provided memorable tips through his signature catchphrases. #momentum #gearbeforesteer #science. The schools teaches tricks that will make things like parallel parking easy. I also had Jay for half my lessons but we didn't get along as well. I felt his feedback was more critical than actionable and sometimes I didn't understand what he wanted.
I was prepared to pass the test (and did) but because the lessons are so geared toward the test, I'm not sure I can actually _drive_ anywhere else… Maybe I'll have to go back for more.

Did my pre license course through drive right (zoom) and had 3 lessons at the Drive Rite prospect heights location in Brooklyn! Had my test today in Red Hook! Process was seamless and lessons with Sue were awesome! She was patient and gave great direction and feedback! Highly recommend! Also can’t remember the name of the escort who drove us to the road test site but he was awesome too! Gave us that last bit of confidence before our test! I passed!

Best experience, would definitely recommend this driving school. I had the best instructor ever which made this experience that much better. I was so nervous to get behind the wheel but my instructor made me very comfortable and confident every step of the way. J. R.is the best! Thank you for everything, Drive Rite!

Dave was great for the 5 hour Pre-Licensing class! He made it super entertaining and fun for what I expected. The time flew by!

I passed with a 90. I am forever grateful to Drive Rite Academy. I highly recommend them. P. S a tip is to schedule a training right before your road test it helps.

I got the bronze bundle and had a lesson with J. R. I was a little bit nervous because it’s my second try at the road test and had a bad experience with my first attempt. J. R.helped me relax and bring my confidence back kind and patient. I would highly recommend this place and him!

I did a lesson with J. R and came to realize he is one of the best instructors when it come to teaching one behind the wheel he did a excellent job on training me how to handle the wheel a lot more effectively and how to parallel park spot on. If you are having a hard time picking a instructor pick J. R that’s a choice you won’t regret.

Once I turned 21 I knew it was time to get my license. Thanks to Driverite and their instructors (Dave, J. R, & Mark) I was able to pass my road exam within a month and a half. From the 5-hour course to the road test, they not only make sure you know your way around the road but make sure you're comfortable while doing so. Driverite definitely helped me a whole bunch. Dave is a great instructor for the 5-hour course. He made the class fun and bearable and he knows this stuff like the back of his hand as he should!
