People work at front desk they are horrible, horrible SERVICE! If you give them tip or something then your number will be first they will cut the line for you. Horrible customer service they will sit do nothing, make you wait for hours! Terrible terrible horrible service. I just wanted to try but it’s not for me at all it’s for people can’t do anything else. I would not suggest this company or if you can do something else do it instead of driving Uber, Lyft or taxi renting from these rental companies, they will get everything you earn your hard work!

I returned the rented car to fix the front lights because the lower beam was flashing, they make me waiting all the day long and finally they just supprimer it completely, now I have only the height beam.it really a joke and wasting time and money

This garage is the best among all the garages in NYC. I’ve been to many garages and do not like the treatment but here everyone is nice.

As a driver is is great to know the faces of the team your on! Even though business is #1, the staff are pleasant. It is always a joy to speak to each and everyone down to the mechanics! If I have a concern on the vehicle, as a woman they trust what is said & inspect the vehicle. The prices are below most in the TLC leasing market. They have everything needed to properly maintain their fleet of vehicles, if not on site the address to where it is you'll receive. This Toyota Sienna I had since 2019, almost 90,000miles (only driver).
Only downside, need their own towing team! Lol, inside joke

The company is very good.i never had a problem with them.umployee are super nice.emily smantha and the other guy who dispatched the car for me he is super nice.exept for today i felt sooooo bad when i had this experience with the black girl called i think solo or solar.just went to ask her somthing.she did not even look at my face and with an ungry face she said im on the phon.ohhh my god she did not even look at me and that really hurts when u got treated like you are not importent and make feel like im not welcom.that was the only bad experience i had with sally.other than this i do recommend the company to ppl who wants a good costumer service and good prices for tlc cars.

Since last 2-3 weeks I am visiting this office to get a TLC car but unfortunately there is no car available. Its difficult to come everyday but the good thing is that the support staff is excellent. I talk to a couple of ladies, I don't know their name but they are extremely helpful and very caring. That is my own bad luck that there is no car. I may get an EV car in few days lets see. When I get my car I will add a another Star here, this is not a negative response its just my own frustration, and I'm really sorry for that.

Finally I got a TLC Car from Sally and That is Camry Hybrid 2017, Thanks to Samantha if I'm not wrong and the Other lady and there was one male also. All are very nice and helpful, 5

This is a car service catering predominately to gig workers so the fact that they will hold a $300 deposit for at least one month after you’ve returned the car is shameful. There isn’t a rental car company out there that does this. And when I contacted them about this they instructed me to reach back out to them after a month has passed so that they can process the refund. Seriously? You have no system in place to automatically do that? I was absolutely told that I would receive my deposit back at the end of March by the Sally rep who accepted my car when returned. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this company. There are other companies in the Bay Area Market and I would reckon end any one of them over Drive Sally. I’m currently renting the same Kia Niro from Hertz right now for half the price. This company is too money hungry!

Seamless process, conveniently handled over the phone, and costs less than Hertz…Conrad was very thorough in explanation and made process not one at all…

Drive Sally personals are very professional and so helpful. The process from getting a car there for the first time went very smoothly.
Theirs cars are almost new and very comfortable so far.

Amazing service both D’emily and michele were very helpful and patient provided me with all the information i needed and didn’t get annoyed when asked the same questions multiple times.
