Friendly staff as well as great service. Drove out of state and got my car worked on and finished at the end of the day. Staff went above and beyond and stayed a few extra hours to get everything dialed in for my car. Definitely worth the drive.

Do not bring g37’s in here! Had the car for months and just kept messing it up. Car going into limp mode hours after tune like what? ! Bring it back and told its exhaust then fixed that and it’s something else then fix that and it’s something else all while being left on seen with no phone answering. When you ask these guys what’s going on with your car, they get upset like little kids even though THEY messed up? ! Since I asked, they take longer on something they already messed up! Insane. 4 hrs of labor for an ecu swap? !? It’s plugged in like a light socket and easier to get to than the cabin air filter.so teaching new techs how to milk or what? All of this to find out it was a error in the TUNE! Imagine the frustration.also billed for all work, how was the tune not the first thing checked? !? Pure ignorance. Save yourself some hassle.did I mention they put on the wrong rim and tire from a different car and sent the other one out on someone else car who’s 6 hours away.right when you thought I was done … save yourself the run around and get a quote somewhere else.always someone who will undercut competition by some amount. These guys aren’t worth your time.stay blessed

I would love to start this review off with I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop! From start to finish this was by far the easiest and most comfortable experience I've ever had at an auto shop. I felt like i was dealing with my best friends (in a great way) and i had never met anyone at the shop before. Alex was the biggest help to me and i am forever grateful for the knowledge he has shed upon me. He kept in touch with me throughout the entire process continuously updating me and making sure everything was going smooth. He helped me figure out the specs for my wheels with the exact fitment i was looking for and even every mod that i would need to make the power that i wanted. The best way i can put it is picture you were traveling out of the country to a place you have never been before and you hired a tour guide that lived there to guide you. Thats exactly what Alex felt like to me. HUGE thank you to everyone at the shop for making me extremely happy and comfortable i couldn't have asked for anything to be better. Even the shop hand made me feel at home always asking if i needed anything such as water or if i wanted to watch NETFLIX. Yes they have a TV with NETFLIX. LOL. I traveled two hours (round trip) each time i had to go to the shop without blinking an eye. Yes there are shops closer to me but i heard such great things about this shop and wanted to give them a try and im happy i did. Will recommend this shop to everyone i know and continue to come here for anything i need. 5 STARS A+.

This place is great. The worker pay close attention to your car, spends all day to get the job done correctly and also very knowledgeable in telling you how you should treat your car. Alex and Kevin are both very nice. I changed my appointment time as well as the work I wanted done and they were very accommodating. The work was done fast and the car feels great. The car looked like it hadn’t been touched. There wasn’t so much as a fingerprint anywhere on the car. I definitely recommend Driven for your performance car needs.
