Dr. Chivers is the best around! She takes great care of myself and my 2 year old daughter. Dr. Chivers has seen us since my daughter was just 6 months old and her eyesight has improved with every visit. Soon she may not even need glasses at all! Dr. Chivers absolutely nailed my perception as well. I have never enjoyed wearing glasses until I switched to this practice. The whole staff treats us with so much care. I can honestly say both myself and my daughter look forward to our annual visit all year! The cost for each pair of glasses is listed on the frames, so no guess work. They have several frame options that are extremely inexpensive or free with most vision care insurance. They also have a great selection of designer brands at prices better then others offer in the area. In addition they have break resistant glasses, safety glasses, and beautiful sunglasses. If you are considering trying this practice out I would not hesitate.

Great experience doing business with this office! Front desk was great. Dr. Kline is awesome and very knowledgeable. He explained things to me that no other eye doctor ever had done in my past. Dan was great at helping with my new glasses! I usually have a hard time picking frames, they have a good selection and many reasonably priced frames.

My experience with Dr. Boyd was like no other! I have shuffled around many different Optometrists with frustrations and no one has come close to the level of attentiveness and care that she has. Dr. Boyd took her time listening to my concerns and explaining what I was experiencing and what she could do to help. It was very clear that she wanted to make sure I left the appointment confident that my new glasses would not only help me see, but help me see comfortably. I'm so used to being rushed through exams, that her level of care left me pleasantly surprised! To me, there is nothing more trustworthy than a doctor who is willing to take their time to teach you, so that you understand why you're experiencing something. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to go see her- especially if you've experienced similar frustrations as I have in the past! Lastly, all of the staff I encountered from front desk to the Optician who assisted me were all so lovely to interact with- just an added bonus to the experience.)

I have been coming to this office for years and Dr. Boyd and her staff are awesome! If I have a eye issue they get me right in and taken care of.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Boyd for over 20 years. Excellent staff, service and the latest technology - everything you need to keep your eyes healthy.

Two years in a row having trouble ordering contact lenses for my son.last year, they gave me his prior year Rx and not the one the Dr just wrote.they acknowledged the issue.this year, I called in the order only for them to claim I called right back to cancel.this did not happen. I can not speak to the Dr but the front office is a mess and they do not have proper controls in place to perform business.

Terrible customer service! They lied to 1800-Contacts and told them my script had expired when it had two more months before an expiration. Guess where I won’t be going for my annual contacts exam?
