Have been using their pickup and delivery service for my comforters and large blankets for over 2 years and they never disappoint! You can choose pickup and delivery times and they are always on time. Highly recommend.

Took more than a month to get my slippers dry cleaned. They do not contact you for any updates or apologize for any inconvenience. My slippers still have similar looking stains when I gave it to them. Place is very dusty and looks unorganized. The people are okay but communication is most definitely key. Will not go back.

The worst dry cleaners ever. I had a black coat and a jacket, the coat was having a lot of pet hair and wasn’t clean at all in addition to pressing the collar by pressure the wrong way it completely ruined. The jacket has hot iron marks and completely ruined! Pictures say a lot

I brought my 3 yo son in here when the leg fell of his beloved stuffed lion. The tailor immediately stopped what he was doing and sewed it back on - and they didn't even charge me. I gave him a tip but also wanted to shout out this place here for going above and beyond.

They take good care of my beautiful clothes for years now. They let me know when my pieces are ready and always call me by my name! Beautiful service!

I had always sung their praises but I later realized dryclean NYC is one of those that serve their customers well in the beginning and later start acting up.

I received a call that one of the pants in the clothes I gave them for wash and fold had stains and needed to be dry cleaned. After asking questions about the number of pants and the additional cost, I asked them to go ahead since it was just one pant at extra $8. I was very surprised when I saw my bill. They ended up dry cleaning the white pant and about 4 other dresses. The strike that broke the camel’s back was that the customer service lady I spoke with didn’t see anything wrong with what they did. Instead of apology, her words “I don’t even know what we have done wrong “.
Because I didn’t want to join issues with anyone, I paid and made it clear that it would be the last of me they would see.

I had 2 suits dry cleaned after they had been sitting in my closet for 2 years. They were cleaned and returned to me in brand new condition. I would use them again.

I am amending a previous review that said I had missing items. After I posted, the owner was kind enough to reach out to me personally and found the items and had them cleaned, tailored, and returned to me without a charge. It was great customer care and I will be returning to use their service.

I NEEDED A BRAND NEW ZIPPER PUT INTO MY APPLE BOTTOMS JACKET AND IT LOOKS TOTALLY AWESOME. IT LOOKS LIKE THE REGULAR ZIPPER THAT CAME WITH THE JACKET THAT'S HOW GOOD OF A JOB THAT THEY DID FOR ME. I started using the delivery service since I been on maternity leave. I have no complaints at all.

My experience was very good. They fix the broken zipper on my coat and my coat is back to brand new.

Nice people, decent price. I like the app notices since I usually forget to pick up dry cleaning.

The store moved from 116th street without notice.the picture is old.the new store on 114th street was supposed to be up on Feb 21st, but still isn't and of course, no one answers the phone.don't be fooled.don't bring your clothes here!

First & Foremost I want you guys to know i was very very skeptical of bringing my mackage to a cleaners because i was very afraid they would mess up the fur because a lot of places denied doing my coat because how the luxury fur but i must say they did everything right my coat looks brand new even during the holiday
