SUCH AMAZING DEALS. They always have coupons that you can stack! It is worth becoming a member, so many perks! The stores are always clean and they always offer to order the shoe you want if it us not available in stores. They also have a great selection of shoes for the entire family.

The staff was friendly and had a good selection. My girlfriend was able to pick up do this for work that she had been looking for. The staff was overall very friendly.

The staff were extremely helpful! Found the perfect shoe but they didn't have my size. They were able to order them for me. They will be delivered to my home at no charge. Thanks DSW!

Most of the time I have to go online to purchase it cause they don't have my size. I am an extra wide and selection is limited but online works great. Usually great prices. Would give 5 stars if I could just buy it there. At least I can hold the shoe then order it.

Almost walked out because the cashier couldn't take the fact that I didn't want to sign up for their loyalty program. If I say no, stop being a pest.

I normally have a good experience at DSW but today-not so much. I was there to return a pair of boots and was told that I could not return them as they had been worn. They were only worn once, but I can understand that. My issue was that the manager was quite rude to me about it. And because of that, I will not be shopping at DSW again. I would recommend going to Famous Footwear just a few steps away.

Will no longer be shopping here. Rude customer service and will not help you. I was told that my shoes were worn after I only had it for two days and can't return them. Girl at the register had an attitude. Dont shop here and go else where.

Huge selection of footwear, but the prices aren't phenomenal and it can be difficult to find what you want in a size that fits, though they will order them online for you if they're not in stock. However, if I wanted to order shoes online then I would just do so.

I'm not a fan of wharehouse shoe store. I like shoe stores where someone assists me with finding the style and size. And I want assistance with putting the shoe on.

Really good customer service, I purchased a $70 pair of boots and within a week they were losing the suede fabric off of them in multiple spots. Brought them in to exchange them and they stated that they could not take them back because I had worn them. Instead they gave me a $60 dollar credit to get a different pair and let me keep the other boots as well. Very pleased experience, will be returning.

Large selection of shoes, decent prices but zero customer service or fitting.
Great if you know what you want, your size and what works for you, but otherwise very self serve.

They are often out of my size in the best looking/most popular shoes. They could do better ordering in those most popular sizes, but they do offer to help and will order your size in for you if they are out. Selection is good.

It's hit or miss when I shop there. Today, there were a lot of empty cubes. I didn't find the shoes I had seen online, even though the site indicated that they were. Wanted to actually try them on.

Clearance section is hit or miss, but sometimes you can get a great deal. Lots to choose from. Prices are a little higher than I would have expected.

Stopped in at DSW to look for a pair of sandals. Found a great pair, but forgot my $10 coupon. We'll be going back there tomorrow to see if they're still there, they were on the sale rack.

A great place to acquire shoes at a discount. Don't expect to find high-end shoes, but instead a well-stocked selection of masstige products.

It is a help-yourself establishment so plan to wander the aisles trying on whatever fits your fancy. The floor has their entire stock on display so you can quickly select styles that have your sizes.

If you are looking for extreme discounts, there is a discount rack at the back. Depending on your shoe size and when you visit your mileage will vary. On a good day, you can find a few great deals.

If you have a large shoe size, 12+, they do carry 12s and 13s, but not in all models.
