Carolina is the most unprofessional employee! I shop a lot at other DSW locations and the employees have always been respectful and helpful. However, when I I went to pick up my order at this location not only was my order not ready but she had a nasty attitude towards me. I don’t understand. If you don’t like your job just quit don’t take it out on the customers. People please if you go there avoid going to her! Hopefully someone looks into this and takes action.

Great location. Lots of shoes and boots etc. Good prices. Wish the one on the UWS would stay open tho.

I have been a dsw shoe lover since 2014- I literally spend over 200-500 a month in shoes but unfortunately for them this is the last time i will be shopping at DSW. I made 2 orders totaling 500 last month and they canceled 4 pair of the shoes I bought and never game me my refund. They charged my account but never sent my money back now I have to dispute with my bank.

The icing on the cake was the customer rep telling me that because the item was canceling had to pay again for the shoe they already charged me for.

Also, this store rarely pick up the phone and when they do their customer associates hang up or leave u on hold for <checks phone> 4hrs 56mins and 4seconds currently running.

I recently traveled to NY for a quick trip. The service was excellent on my return to exchange an item. You see when I first purchased my shoes the cashier checked and said I had 2 different sizes, she proceeded to go and correct the error. It's only when I got back to my hotel I realized I had 2 right feet (its a good thing she corrected the error). Needless to say I had to go back to get it sorted. The person who I encountered was extremely helpful. She allowed me to shop while she went ahead and found my left foot lol.

Probs not the norm but Twice I’ve gone shopping here and twice they’ve left a buzzer on at least one pair of shoes (the first time all 3 pairs I bought had the buzzer by the time I was exiting, the second time only one of the two pairs). Nothing is more embarrassing than being displayed front and center as security goes through your bags.

Shoe selection is average- nothing you wouldn’t expect from a DSW, nothing extremely notable. Just wish the cashiers were more attentive. Redeeming quality- security each time was able to find and remove the tag within 15 min of finding the tag.

TLDR: shop online or another dsw if you plan to buy more than one pair of shoes; the cashiers aren’t as keen to detail as one would hope.

This was the biggest one I've ever been to, and I loved it! There was such a huge selection! I couldn't carry all the shoes I wanted, but I'm ordering the ones I didn't get online a.s. A.p!

It was my first time and they had the pair of shoes in my side that I have been trying to get for months very happy with them and great staff

I am a shoe lover. I always find what I love.great service. Here. DSW in co-op city never find what I want. But I shop there two

No bathrooms for paying customers. If I’m spending over $200 on shoes you should be able to let me use your bathroom. Unacceptable. Both employees I talked to were unapologetic and couldn’t careless. They were very short with me when I asked about the bathrooms. I guess the store is more frequented by people who are desperate to get out of the heat and don’t wanna walk an extra few blocks to a more suitable store.

One star because:
1. I ordered pair of slippers, got a notification that my order will be ready in 2 hours. I showed up after 5 hours and not only the order wasn't ready, they did not even have slippers I paid for
2. Caroline is the most unprofessional employee I have ever met + extremely rude. Did not want to listen to what happened and the issue with my order and allowed herself to treat customers disrespectfully. At the very end, when she explained what the issue is, she continued talking about my order to herself, cause I couldn't even hear what she was saying, but the other employee explained that Caroline said my order will be refunded in a few days and that I will get an email. Caroline, if you read this, think about taking customer service training.

Escalator was out on 1st floor. Had to wait on a line for elevator and then to purchase stuff. Couldn't wait had to returned back to work. The wait times were way too long. It ate up most of my time

The security guard who worked on Tuesday, 5/19 at 5 pm was incredibly lovely. I wish I caught her name, but she was extremely friendly and patient

This store has the trifecta of perfection - roomy, tidy beyond belief and amazing staff. My absolute favorite store - keep up the GREAT work!

Best DSW ever! I always find something and its always at a steal! Today's steal CHLOE boots! The price was too good to be true so I had to get them!

Stores in NYC: 34th & 7th Ave, 79th & Broadway & East 14th Street. Various styles. Mega sales/choices @ all of them. I purchased from 2 out of the 3 stores.
