Prices are pretty good and if you find something but they don't have it on your size, they will order it and ship for you. Even if it is a clearance item!

Shoe selection is good, and they stock most of the sizes and brands. However, the prices aren't anything special, and you can find the same stuff elsewhere for cheaper.

Did not like the selection. Didnt like your high prices even more. This is why stores are going bankrupt and people are shopping online.

Not visited for long time. It carried a brand I liked. In fact DSW Carrie's tons if brands. Nice stores. Prices are reasonable.

Dana was dry and rude today after I asked her to change my shoes because of the size. I told her I didn't want the money back and she was like oh! Everyone else is always nice I don't know what was going on with her. Very unprofessional

Bright and clean store with a large variety of shoes for anyone to pick from. There isn't much of a staff presence on the sales floor but they are very polite as you check out and offer bonus incentives for new and returning customers. Definitely go check them out and pick up some new shoes while you are there!

Well-kept store. Easy shopping.
However every shoe I seemed to like, didn't come in my size 7. Unfortunate.
I asked an employee if they had a 7 in the back. But I was told all the sizes they have are out on the floor. He didn't seem to care, or give suggestions for other options.

This is a standard DSW. There is a wide selection of shoes. The bargains in the clearance section aren't as appealing as they used to be. All in all its a good place to pop in if you need a specific type of shoe.

Another retailer that's affraid to approach and just say hi and offer assistance. Not a hard sell, but "hey my name is and I'm over here if you need anything". Nothing. Two employees burried in tasks and another on cell phone. 4 stars because of the person on register was friendly.

Need more size 11 in women, prices could be slightly more competitive. Very large selection of brands just not in my size unfortunately: (

Always seem to find a deal. Got some new osh kosh boots for my little boy, on sale, and was even able to get myself a cheap pair of sneakers since I ruined my last pair. Great selection too.

My husband always finds shoes he likes here. Last visit took forever to cash out, even with 3 people working behind the registers. Not sure if someone was new or just talking.

The choices aren't bad, but pretty much everything is way overpriced. For example, the under armour flip flops cost $35 when you can get them for $25 at Dick's sporting goods.

The Hardly Have ANY WIDE Show Sizes, which is what I wear! Big waste Of time unless you have a a regular width shoe size! Useless Waste of my time!

There's literally nothing special about DSW. You pay higher prices than you do at other stores like it, and they don't even have a full range of sizes. I'm so unimpressed it's ridiculous. The staff doesn't even keep up with the incredible mess that the customers make. All cheap. They don't have anything special here.
