Duane Reade, Brooklyn NY

I so love to shop at Walgreens aka Duane Reade on 5008-5th Avenue Brooklyn. I wanted to give this place 5 stars because this place is always clean everyone is very kind and helpful but why is this Walgreens practically empty everytime I go inside? It's depressing and a let down. Especially when I see people boasting about all the wonderful things that they can get on sale but when I go I'll be lucky to get 1 thing on sale because of the lack of products.: (These pictures are of 1 isle. Others isles were like this also. As soon as you go in on the left side of the store are all practically empty except for the front left side across from the cashiers, but I just got depressed and stopped taking pictures. Why? I see other people on YouTube and when they go to their Walgreens it never looks like this one. Can someone please find out what's going on? Not only will this benefit faithful customers like me but it will benefit Walgreens also. Thanks

The service is not bad the problem is that when you buy a large package of paper towels they don't give you the glue strip to grab the package.they always say they don't have them, they don't have clear tape either it's ridiculous

Long phone wait times, intentionally canceled my call instead of answering. Poor customer service.

Covid shots take a while to get. Expect to stand in line for hour for your shot regardless of your appointment time.

I think the staff is great and Steven really makes it feel like a local spot even though it is a faceless chainstore

My go to pharmacy makeup place! The products are amazing! Especially the toys and the funny cards. They also have a fedex on site. The pharmacists are soft spoken and patient.

Been here before i love it! Perfect place tj get make up and last minute gifts! But sometimes for last minute gifts I need to buy a gift card but they don't have! I need jne before December and I don't need to go to waste my time. Do you have or not?
