I was in NYC on vacation! My bag was left behind at the airport and my meds were in it! I asked the Pharmacist if she could help me! She went above and beyond to assist me! She was a fill-in at your store!

OKAY, WHERE DO I BEGIN. There is a pharmasist that works there hwr name is Maya, I can't begin to tell you the problems she created for me. First, I was called in a five day script. This is where she tretend me to call that she would call the DEA and have the doctor reported and refused to fill it. THIS This was over 10 pills a five day script. Instead, she made a huge deal when she simply could have done her job. The doctor finally had to call, which was completely unessary. At that time, she threatened my doctor as well. She finally filled the script after a large amount of pressure. I wish it ended there five days later. The doctor called in a months prescription. I waited seven days, and the pharmacist told me to come in and pick it up on Sunday. All is well. It turned out that Maya was working that Sunday, and I called in the morning to confirm that my script would be ready, and they said to come in and get it. Now Maya must have received the refill and call me and told me that it would be ready Tuesday and hung up on me. This would be 10 days after the five say script. Apparently, she was making decisions based on personal reasons. She simply decided in her mind not to give me my medication for which I needed. I called back on Monday, and a different pharmacist was working and glady filled it. Now, where does this behavior belong where a pharmacist will not fill prescriptions for personal dislike and she was going to decide when I would get my medincine. This was cruel and should not be allowed to practice. I will be leaving this pharmacy and using another. Beware if you are unlucky and have Maya working that day. There is a chance that you will be threatened. Hung up on. She has a superiority complex and thinks she knows best. She would be basically be fired for her behavior. I will never use this pharmacy again, and that's because I don't need theats and being hung up on and some on a power trip that decides when I can pick up my medicine. GOOD LUCK WITH MAYA SHE IS A REAL PEICE OF WORK!

They locked almost everything which might be understandable if they are worried about theft. However, they staff won't show off after buzzing and waiting for a long time. I went there this morning and the store was almost empty, I buzzed and wait and repeated it but no one showed up to give me the item I wanted. So, I just left and went to CVs on the other side of street.

I WOULD GIVE 0 stars i came to the store at 345 and purchased some items no one in the store the cashier was pretending to sleep with two mask over his face.when the security guard woke him up he did NOTHING BUT COMPLAIN AND THEN BERATES CURSING ME ASKIN ME WHY IM SHOPPING AT THIS TIME ETC.if this how the company treats paying customers then i won’t further do business i know it won’t a difference but forget them

Aneeka the store manager was as lovely and helpful as can be! She took the time to really make sure that my photo order was right and even helped me print out another side because the first set was too dark. She just could not be more amazing and warm and sweet. The store was clean bright and well organized. Thank you!

I had the worst experience at that store this morning. I just went in to find a specific lip balm brand around 8: 20 am. I was going to buy a different lip balm and when I was heading to back of the store to look for something else, I was asked by a security guard to leave. One of the employees suspected me of being a shoplifter and I have never stolen anything in my life! They had no proof of me trying to steal something. This is one store that I am never going to set foot in ever again!

I was made to feel like my son and I was doing something wrong. Security officer walked by my son and I with this angry look like we were about to do something. I hate that feeling and it is wrong. If they are getting robbed like that maybe they should consider moving or closing

Right after midnight I was shopping at 24 hour store. Noticed a homeless person with a cart and multiple bags come inside the store and then moved to one of the corners in the front of the store. When I mentioned to the csshier that THEY HAVE A HOMELESS PERSON IN THE STORE.
Cashier replied that it is OK and that same homeless person stays inside the store every night. I asked him DO YOU ALLOW HOMELESS TO STAY? He answered YES. Because I could not believe that, I asked again ARE YOU SERIOUS? His reply eas YES.
Customers beware: Looks like store policy is to respect homeless more then customers. It does not matter that you have to shop where homeless just spent a night.
Looks like a Walgreens is now a free hotel for the homeless.

Very rude and unprofessional spoke with STEVE in the pharmacy and all my needs and questions were rudely disregarded.pathetic way to run a business especially in a time of need.better off going to CVS. Sadly had to give one star but would have gladly left none.

I was just accused of shoplifting by an employee of this diane reade. As I was walking from the back of the store to the front to buy 2 boxes of band aids I noticed that I was really being followed. The person made no attempt to be subtle about watching me. She was so obnoxious that, when I got towards the front of the store I put down the band

Pretty well stocked, but didn't have the same deals as the one I go to in Brooklyn (ie. 2/$6 recess minis)
