Pharmacy is the worst here kept getting text about my one time only medicine need to refill I never reply refill and a few days later they attempt to call my doctor to refill my prescription WITHOUT my approval was never notified that they will call my doctor to refill it pretty sure it's an insurance fraud I call them to let them know they shouldn't be refilling my prescription without my approval let alone call my doctor to request more refill without my approval and the guy said we can do whatever we want and hung up on me yeah time to change pharmacy that won't scam my insurance

I switched to this pharmacy for my Rx during 2020. Pharmacy is very efficient with moving the line and filling Rx fast. Parking lot is way better than CVS also. The best experience I had so far was with Alex today. He is a delightful, knowledgeable employee. He helped me find my items and was so personable with everyone in line at check out. Because of Alex, I’m looking forward to going to the storefront instead of ordering online.

I started with CVS until DR on HH opened. Stephanie RPh was the best and sweetest person as well as her staff. The new mgr.is very cold and not a patient advocate. Stephanie's previous staff all left to go elsewhere. The Pharm.doesn't answer their phones in a timely fashion. When they do they hang up on you or put on hold for no less than 20 minutes They have lost the best pharmacists due to the new mgr. In fact, a Stephanie's replacement started and quit within 2 weeks. I have now returned back to CVS - met the RPh Maria - who is very nice.

Covid shots at this store are given by the same one person who has to fill in prescriptions. Wait time once in the store tanges between 60 to an 90 minutes. Go somewhere else. In the meanwhile, smaller stores have no inventory.

Made a total of 9 calls, all 9 calls someone answered and then placed the call on hold and then hung up. How exactly does anyone get any help? This is so horrifically unprofessional.

The employee with no hair in the pharmacy department keep skipping the screen for me to enter Walgreen member number. I don’t understand why employee skipped the screen without even checking with customer whether they have a walgreen member. Then what is the point to set up this member system from walgreen?

Horrible service. You can call the pharmacy and they will leave you on hold indefinitely. You'll hear the telephone ring indicating that someone picked up the phone only to immediately place you back on hold (this happened numerous times on a single call). This is unacceptable. Patients deserve the right to speak with a pharmacist in a timely manner about their medications.

Generally has everything you need if you need it ASAP. The pharmacy has been more busy as of late due to the demand for walk-in vaccines and not enough pharmacists. Have had family members make appointments and then have walk-ins go before them. The phone system also has had some problems where calls have been dropped to the pharmacy.

This place is a hot mess! I scheduled an appointment for my flu shot at 11: 00am. It is now 11: 48 and I am still waiting. While I am waiting, two customers are here to pickup their medications and they were been told that ONLY partial of their prescriptions are ready. One of them are elderly and one woman is with a toddler who said she called and was been told that her prescription would be ready by 11: 30am. Never come to this place again!

I only come here for the pharmacy and one star is for that. I come here at least once a month for the past 3 years and every time there's a ridiculous wait even though pharmacy isn't busy at all. Workers take their sweet time walking back and forth.

This place an absolute dump. Went in a few days ago and was told they don't have a common prescription and told to come back. I went back in today and I just walked out. There was a single line down one aisle and the other aisles were empty of people (I know I walked them to get to the line). I was standing around for 15 minutes with 8 other people, and the same 2 people still at the counter the entire time, when some incompetent guy behind the counter decided that everyone who showed up after us, and decided to make a line in another aisle, would go first and tell us who had been waiting much longer to go to the new line. I walked out. I will absolutely never use a Duane Reade again. I'll get the doctor to send it to a different pharmacy.

Worst. Made appointment for vaccine. Go there tell me don’t accept my insurance. Waste of time. Low quality Walgreens.
