Stand at the counter for a long time for no one to even acknowledge you.

A bunch of degenerates trying to run a pharmacy. They can care less about customer service. They don’t do their job and when you get upset they get upset. You people are pathetic. Simply pathetic.

I would honestly like to give this store ZERO stars but im in a nice mood today. First off, I have been to plenty of Duane Reade's AKA Walgreen's throughout NYC and even outside of NYC. I work near this store so unfort i frequent often. Always run into the same issues over and over. First big issue, EMPTY shelves! The restock in this store is horrendous. Can no longer use the pandemic excuse of supply being thin. Second big issue, certain workers with attitude problems. God forbid they have to put down the phone to help a customer. So sorry! Its mind boggling that this store has always had these same issues for my 12 years of working in the area. The manager (s) should be ashamed of themselves. Should just close the location and make it into a CVS.

Place is decent only problem I have is the workers seem they do not care about their job since they always seem bothered and they give attitude to customers

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They constantly need proof (showing them the same approval letter from my insurance over and over again) that the medications are covered by my insurance. They made me pay full price ($150) for Wellbutrin once, only to realize their mistake and instead of refunding me, just gave me another full bottle of this antidepressant (controlled substance) to make up for their incompetence. I had all my prescriptions transferred out of here except the one that they are now saying isn't covered in the new calendar year (its March and I've had 2 refills and am holding the letter of approval in my hand as I type this.) Can't wait to get all my prescriptions transferred away from this UES hellscape of incompetence.

I went to this store today around 2: 40 pm, the cashier that call me look Indian, short and shubby, l say hello and she ignored me, them she told me to enter my phone numver l enter and it dint went through, she told me with an actitud that it dint went through because l press cancell, l told her that l dint press cancell and l also told her that she is very rude and that she have a very nasty actitud, very unprofessional, this is the 2nd time that this cashier give me a hard time, l will never going back to this store, l don’t need any one actitud, went l spending my money.

Lost my phone and Leslie went above and beyond to make calls and help me find out where to pick it up. Really appreciate her going out of the scope of her role to save my day!
